Really nice deco, and delicious food at the hotel bar!! the staff is so warm and kind. Definitely ill be back.

My wife, sister, and I rented 2 rooms for a quick stay in São Paulo. The service was excellent and the staff helped with printing out our travel documents and COVID testing. They went out of their way to email the clinic to schedule the appointment. And one other little thing that is a bonus is that the water pressure on the shower was amazing.

It is a great hotel for business trip. It’s nearby all the centers and there is a great mall right across the street. Staff is always friendly and helpful and breakfast is superb.

Checkin took too long! Checkout they tried to charge me so many other things and charge the rate of the room twice

Liked its food, class and comfort. The food was well prepared, the decoration was great and it was comfortable.

The hotel was nice but the rooms were very basic. No rugs, the beds were hard.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Very clean facilities.

1. The rooms are not very soundproof. You can listen to what happens in the other guests' bedrooms, specially at night. I had to sleep with earplugs. 2. I was bitten badly by a bug during my last night. My face and neck got a lot of bug bites and the hotel didn't do anything. 3. WiFi never worked for me. 4. The TV was in Black&White.

Hotel is big and located in a nice area. In front of a big shopping mall. However, if you like to walk around and go to bars and restaurants at night, they are not as close. Lobby of hotel is very nice and renovated as well as breakfast, but rooms are pretty simple and a bit old.

Hotel was renovating thus the reception conditions were not the best, however the staff is friendly and nice, speaks good english and spanish, rooms are comfy and food's great. Also it is in a nice and safe neighborhood, vilaolimpia, one of sao paulo's night life area

Great Hotel, keeping the Grupo Posadas tradition of great service and cleanliness. I usually take along a black pillow cover with me due to various cleaning detergent smells or just old and used pillows. In this case I did not have to use as the pillow and cover smelled clean washed with Clorox or something that just smelled clean. Only drawback is that there is no iron in the room but all else is great. The hotel is located a block away from a very nice mall with a small supermarket great restaurants and just about everything you may need. I usually stay in the Itaim Bibi area but seriously considering to change.

Very nice kind of hard to get to, but what isn't in SP. good eats and a big mall across the street and to the left. two minute walk, also close to the pinheiros.

Very nice place to stay,very nice and clean, everything worked. Only downfall the internet connection is on the slow side
