The rooms had been freshly updated with vinyl plank floors which was excellent for wet feet from the water slides. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful from time of check in to check out.

Theme rooms are a great idea but have a motel feel, kids will enjoy but beds are small and not very comfortable. Pillows lumpy. Pool is fun and nice but pool hours need extending. Breakfast is not included. Hotel does not have a welcoming feel and the smoking area is right at the doors.

The family room was awesome for my bday party and had plenty of space. The two pool areas are incredible and having a pool, waterside and hot tub make for the perfect evening! I also really enjoyed the 4pm check in and 11am check out as it left me with plenty of time to pack up.

Not in the most ideal location, and although the price was fair, the room was fairly clean (some dog kibble was still there from the last guests), and the attached restaurants made our stay easier, there were too many little things (dirty stairwells, food and garbage in the hallways, groups of drinking teens at some entrances/exits, etc.) that addd up to an "OK" stay instead of a great stay. The front desk staff was very accommodating and the restaurant bartender/waiter was extremely helpful, but the stay could have been better with a bit more attention to cleanliness.

Beds were very uncomfortable in the room I was in I got 30 minutes of sleep and there was puke it the bathtub when we arrived had residue of a previous person puking in the tub and just use the shower head to wash it off the front desk tried to say that it was rust it just looks like someone puked in the bathtub rinsed it with the shower head and the cleaning lady never scrub the tub I also brought this up to the front desk after checking into the room and I asked for it to get cleaned we got back from seeing the fireworks cuz we were out for a few hours and they never cleaned it I also got a cut from the water slide on my hand that took off 3 layers of skin

The water park was excellent for the kids and us adults having the hot but right there so we could watch the children. Staff was very helpful and polite. If you can arrange to get the rooms attached to the waterpark it is excellent...

The room we stayed in was a bit rundown. The air conditioning was very loud, the toilet paper wouldn't stay on the holders, there were ants in the bathroom. The lamp between the beds was filthy and grimy (we won't touch it). The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, mind you I had to ask for an extra pillow as the rooms only come with three per bed...strange! Most likely will NOT stay here again.

The room is dated, dirty and in need of repairs. No smart tvs (cable only). Pools and splash parks were lots of fun though

Water slide

Rooms were dirty, floor was very sticky. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room until 6pm after we asked for it to be cleaned early in the morning. Waterslides were fun and kiddos had fun. We probably wouldn’t stay again.

Water park is good for kids, but hotel is gross. We woke up in the morning to puddles of water in our room. Leaving the AC running during the night caused enough condensation accross the floor to seem like flooding. Sink and shower drain stoppers are non-functional. Bathroom is super tiny. Hallways feel like your walking through a hospital or warehouse. Fitness center was closed because roof was leaking.

We had booked a theme room but it was quite dirty when we arrived, blankets were stained, hair in the bed, hair all over the bathroom floor etc. We asked for a new room and they were very quick to get us another room, we appreciated that! The new room was a lot better but still not very clean, quite abit of hair everywhere. The pool was nice👍

Loves this hotel. Staff was amazing. The food at staff at restaurant was amazing. My 3 year old son loved the water park. Great family property

Reception staff was awesome. Upgraded us to a poolside room when they saw my granddaughter was with me. Room had dried up pizza toppings in the floor under a chair. There was no choice of pillow firmness and the ones they supplied were very hard lumpy foam. We all enjoyed the pools, hot tub and water slides. Wifi was provided but was unsecured which was very disappointing. If having a pool is not needed I’ll be staying somewhere else for the price I paid

Room was clean, food at the Restaurant was absolutely delicious.
