The properties is nice if you have kids, they have playground they also have a pool. They also have a small restaurant that is not always open. The space has a kitchen if you wanna make meals. It is located on the second floor and it’s not handicap accessible. The bathtub was hard to get in and out. Beds are not comfortable but they do have air-conditioning. Our flight was slightly delayed and we did not make it to the office before 12 so we had to sit there for 3 hours and wait until the office open to get the keys. They also only gave us one towel for three people to shower. Overall, the space was OK.

The property could do with updating. Guests were supposed to do the beddings. Towels are not enough for guests.

Worst hotel booked through hotels.com 1. On check-in told we were to clean the kitchen, strip the beds and bring any rubbish and dirtly linen down to the ground floor. 2. Entered the room and discovered that we were also expected to make up the beds. None had been made. 3. Bunk bed was too short for an adult to sleep on. Room was booked for 3 adults. 4. Sofa bed was bent badly meaning it was incredibly uncomfortable. 5. No soap or shampoo provided. 6. Two day stay for a family, only single toilet role provided. Ambitious. Most surprising was the girl was surprised when I said I hadnt enjoyed my stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant on the property. Good food and great service. Accommodations were clean and provided everything we needed. Lots of space for families with a nice little kitchen area and patio area overlooking the river. If you enjoy cocktails, try the Crusoé; unique, spicy and delicious. Overall good experience.

The experience was good over all. Just the one thing that they didn’t come to clean the Appartment even once in the night days that we spent there

this is a big property with a nice pool , the gardens neglected , rooms and bathrooms rather small , srvice inexistent.

Nice pool but limited activities/no sigh of kids club. Grounds are a little shabby. Checked in a 6pm and still had to wait for room to prepared plus city tax was higher than advertised. Feee parking all around hotel so dont pay their fee

They give you 2 sets of keys here. We left one in the room the entire time as to not lose the other since we were traveling together. We requested fresh towels for Thursday and when we returned the key was missing. We notified the hotel staff and were told we were going to be charged 100 euro anyway to replace locks. Also, the air conditioning in our room was temperamental and the bathroom in the room smelled awful upon arrival and for the entirety of the the stay. They also wanted to charge us for use of towels! The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. SUCH a ripoff. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Very positive stay, friendly staff and a great apartment with a fully functional kitchen and access to a garden, swimming pool, etc... Definitely recommended!

We had a beautiful view - and a stream where 11 beautiful swans lived and swam. Close to Cannes for visits and restaurants, and great restaurants nearby in La Napoule.

Two buses from Nice and you get to this holiday resort. It's a good place to go to get away from the big towns of the Cote d'Azur.

This hotel was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of room in our two bedroom apartment and although we didn't use the facilities because it was winter, we enjoyed the area nearby. The staff was friendly and even helped us book an off-site tennis court. Although not luxurious, this hotel was clean and provided us with everything we needed including a full-sized kitchen. We also liked the peninsula with surrounding water that added to the charm of this hotel.

very small apartment facing the gable wall of apartment block next, no view, tiny though was supposed to sleep up to 6. No facilities on site (shops etc) no restaurant or bars open in town when we arrived (11:00am) No entertainment.

Overall I was very happy with my stay at Pierre & Vacances. I was only there for 2 nights during the Cannes Film Festival and chose that location as it was a much better price then anything in the centre of the town where prices were really astronomical. Location wise it is about a 10 min walk to the beach (An extremely scenic walk down a river) and it is about a 10-15 minute drive into the town centre. (25Euros taxi) The Staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. Don't expect any real service - which is annoying. i.e. getting water was a pain as there isn't a shop within the complex. Overall it is a good budget way to spend a very nice family weekend / holiday in Cannes.

The place is nice but could use a few of the standard amenities: air conditioning, exhaust fan in the bathroom, shower curtain, extra toilet paper.... Don't go expecting much and you will be really happy. If you think this is going to be a three star US hotel you will be disappointed.

Watch for the extra charges: parking, safe key, internet. These add up. Also, check-in hours are limited some days which can cause problems.

Ottima location, la piscina molto bella, le camere un po’ datate ma ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La struttura offre cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 10 giorni (che è un periodo abbastanza lungo). Ma erano flessibili se si chiedeva qualche cambio durante il periodo. La cucina era abbastanza attrezzata se si volesse cucire. C’erano parcheggi sufficienti. Bella esperienza per quanto mi riguarda.
