It’s a good hotel to stay and visit the city. Breakfast included is a plus.

My dad was great, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Very outdated hotel can get a much better hotel for the same nightly prices.

Mi reserva tenía desayuno incluido, fuimos por los juegos panamericanos de la juvenrud, el desayuno es a partir de las 07h00 el personal lo tiene listo, un entrenador que debía salir a las 07h00 no lo dejaron servirse nada, porque esta escrito en piedra que si o si empieza a las 07h00 no les costaba nada ni le interrumpia a nadie que el que se sirva lo que ya esta preparado, era del Perú el coach, el necesitaba salir comiendo algo, en la piscina no iba a encontrar comida, que pesimo servicio para el visitante. Personalmente pedí me ayuden con un batido al que yo iba a entregar los alimentos, voy desde Ecuador y es el primer hotel de todos los que me hospedado que su personal no puede ayudar con un batido, es decir no puedes siempre andar a llevar una licuadora. Un día quisimos llevar un sanduche que no lo comimos ese momento y solo nos habíamos servido 2 huevos, y nos dijeron que esta prohibido sacar alimentos del restaurante y que iban a botar ese sanduche. Es decir tienen dinero para desperdiciar. Nada serviciales, no es un hotel adecuado para recibir huéspedes que a las 07h00 ya tienen que estar fuera del mismo. Se entiende que sirve si tus planes son pasado las 08h00 de la mañana.

Casino is actually being renovated and there were no up to date games or options “. So I didn’t really enjoyed the casino as much ! But the entirety of my stay was 9/10! And I would gladly recommend this especially for convenience and comfort, cleanliness and surroundings are filled with fast food options , stores, and restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel!

Good breakfast options. Loved the pool lounge area. The bartender did an excellent job preparing our drinks.

The hotel is beautiful. Excellent amenities without even thinking to leave the property. Most people we encountered were friendly... they seemed to be about their buisness all the time though. Which is totally fine... breakfast was included as was always great. Would stay again

This was once a good hotel, but definitely needs the renovation that it is going through now. I assume the price is reduced for the building works, but not enough to compensate for Waking up to construction noise on the next floor. While this hotel is broken, the price should be MUCH cheaper, until it is all renovated.
