Mattresses should have been changed long ago. Apartment was clean but balcony needs cleaning! Food was good but little pricey! Beach was great. Overall good stay

Very rude staff, very outdated old-fashioned hotel. charge you for using the Sun lounges on the beach even though you’re paying for apparently a five star Hotel however the food was pretty good that’s the only plus point

Great experience

Overall; loved my stay. But there were a lot of additional expenses. The tv in my room had no purpose and the wifi was not good.

We had a studio which was basic at best. Curtains didn’t quite meet, damage to the walls, stained bath, not very attractive bedding, very basic kitchen equipment. Only two glasses! The service wasn’t great, pool bar wasn’t even open on Sunday in May so we had to go inside order and wait to bring our own food back out to the pool Not worth the price in my opinion

Travelled with a 3 year old, would 100% return to this same location. The staff were amazing, kids were accepted everywhere (except the indoor heated pool sadly, although understandably cause it's a spa). The kids playground was wonderful with daily activities, engaged and kind care staff during the day. I didn't leave her with them unsupervised by a parent, but apparently you can. Loved the facility, our villa was perfect. Only thing that would make this better would be if the peacocks could be quiet at night, someone should let them know! Haha Wonderful experience, thank you for the amazing stay.

Beautiful resort, location perfect for some quiet beach relaxation with hotel shuttle to new and old town. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Ocean view room excellent. Great choice of food, buffet breakfast excellent with other great restaurants near by off resort. Overall excellent and will be back. Kristina R. From Canada. April 18, 2026
