Russell Hotel took $50 (Php 1841.58) as a security deposit out from my debit card bank account. I was told that it will be returned as soon as I check out but until now, I have not received the refund. The card I used is not a credit card so the $50 got drafted real time (as shown in the transaction). I have confirmed with my bank that the amount was taken out of my account and no refund was applied back to my account.
