The hotel is conveniently located near Edinburgh Waverley station. The rooms are clean and regularly cleaned. Staff quite friendly. The breakfast is quite complete and delicious. We will stay here again.

Hotel allowed us to check in early at 12.30 which is wonderful after our long journey from london to edinburg 4 people in 1 family room. Receptionist also friendly welcome and. The hotel really in the city center with lots of restaurant just cross front hotel. Will come back.
