It was a great stay, only thing missing is a pool.

Very nice hotel. Our room was modern, clean and extremely comfortable and the front desk staff were warm, professional and welcoming. Once we checked in, we were looking forward to a pleasant stay, but we were treated so poorly at the bar that I question if we will ever return. After getting checked in and settled, we planned to go to the bar for a drink before heading out to dinner. When we checked in at the restaurant they said they could accommodate us at the bar, which we said was fine. We settled at the bar with a drink menu and waited to be served. And waited. And waited. Bar staff constantly walked past us without a second look, waiting on other seated around us, but refusing to even acknowledge us. After 10-15 minutes without any acknowledgment we left. I did mention my issue at the desk and they were very apologetic but at this point the damage was done and we chose to find a place that was interested in our business. Overall a nice location, but I don’t think we will be going back.

great place to stay. just watch the rates though. i have paid anywhere from $240-330 per night for the same room. it is based on how busy they are at the time. that's how pricing varies. at $240-260 it is a worthwhile price; $340 is too much. restaurant is pricy with limited menu. but lots of places to dine next door at Forks.

Room had beautiful view of Winnipeg forks. A amazing location with lots of entertainment. Hotel breakfast was delicious. Restaurant server was very accommodating and friendly. Front desk staff not very welcoming did a good job of check in but could have been more welcoming to guests upon arrival. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable

Nice room but the air conditioning unit did not work and it was so hot in the room. Also the walls are paper thin and you could hear everything!

This hotel is amazing

Great hotel and location.

Everything about the room was fine, except there was a wedding or something going on and the end result was a constant stream of noisy intoxicated people talking and slamming doors between about 2 and 4 AM!

Room was very clean and staff is very humble and professional 😊

Very slow when checking in. Should train employees before putting them in charge at night shift. Took over 10 minutes to get my room key and process deposit. Employee at the reception had a hard time registering me on a laptop like it was the first time him working in checking a guest in.
