Room excellent reception ladies were fantastic i was made to feel very welcome.and all the staff made me feel welcome a friendly quite modern hotel .5 mins walk to a bus stop 15 min journy 2 euros later in centre of palma.

Great space, excellent reception, beds very comfort table. In my opinion the breakfast is worth the cost as there are ample options and delicious coffee. They closed the pool half hour early and it was a pain having to track the staff down to reopen it for our young child that wanted to swim after a full day of walking.

Room was good but a little bit dated and it came with a mini fridge but no kettle for drinks.If you want coffee or tea you had to pay for room service. The staff were nice.The breakfast was good 👍. The double bed was two single bed pushed together.The bathroom was clean. After a shower water leaked and there was no extractor fan.Soap could be improved. The swimming pool was a bit chilly in October but it was still good . Lots of restaurants and public transport and a great beach nearby Overall I recommend the hotel for a short visit .

The hotel does not look like the photos. The carpet throughout the hotel was very dirty. The rooms were ok, however very dusty. In the bathroom we found lots of hair which we had to clean up. If you put the air con on there was a constant bad smell. The breakfast was cold, so we only had this on one day and went out for the others. The food in the “restaurant” was also not very nice at all. So we ate out every night. The pool are is nice and clean. However there’s no bar outside as advertised. There is a 10 minute walk to the beach, there is around 5/6 restaurants in the area which looked ok. We got a taxi to Palma Nova for an evening out and found great entertainment there. Do not believe this hotel is a 4 star, would not recommend.

Great area, nice comfortable rooms.

The only positive thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Without them, that place would crumble into the ground. I've never seen such a filthy hotel, let alone a 4 star hotel and my "luxury" room, which i sent a video of to my son, he said it was a "Crack shack". I think that explains it all. I'm still in total shock, not 1 plant in the lobby, room, picture on the wall, the apartments next to and the view from my terrace were the ghetto of the area for sure.

Hotel is not accomodating with any services refund after unexpected air canada strike where my rebooked flight was earlier then the checkout date so i missed a few days at the hotel.

Wonderful, friendly staff... very clean and tidy with comfortable rooms. Great pool that was never over-crowded... Close to many restaurants and a nearby sandy beach... would definately come back.

This hotel looks better in photos than in reality. It is located up a long street with nothing around it. It's at least at 15-minute walk to nearby beach & restaurants. The rooms are small & basic. Breakfast was good. Pool is large but pool area is very plain with no bar service. There is parking available which is convenient. Staff is nice. Overall, an ok stay.

Horrible, sucio , poco espacio , las camas no tienen calidad, en el baño ni toallas para la cara , el aure apenas funciona . Never again

Nice hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet options. Parking close to the hotel can be challenging and the street driving up to the hotel is narrow.

Lovely hotel, beautiful pool, staff were lovely and so helpful, breakfast amazing, 10 mins walk from the beach, 10 min taxi to Palma old town, 20 min taxi to airport. Totally recommend

Really loved our stay here. We paid a little extra to have the rooftop with the balcony and sea view. It was nice to have that space for the morning coffee or sunbathe up there. The room was really clean and quiet. The pool was massive, with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Highly recommend

The most noticeable thing about this hotel was how lovely, friendly and yet professional the staff were especially on the reception desk and in the bar and restaurant. This made the stay extra nice. It felt extremely comfortable and as if they were genuinely interested in us. The food was very good and at excellent prices, always fresh and well presented. We really appreciated the air conditioning throughout the building and the freshness in our room and communal areas. The pool was extremely clean and well kept. Travelling from here to most places was easy and the daily shuttle to various places very useful. We would happily go back for another stay.

Property is close to public bus stop and close walk to the beach. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean,the front desk staff was friendly & accomodating,the breakfast area is big & the food met our high expectation!

The stay was very good! The atmosphere in the hotel is fantastic and I can’t say enough good things about the incredible staff. Everyone is very friendly, ready to help, and meet your needs, making the stay feel special. Breakfast is fresh, tasty, and offers variety of options, including some local specialties and international favorites. Again, great crew there to make sure you get everything you need. The hotel itself could use some renovation, rooms are well maintained but you can see they serve the guests for years already. We were in two rooms and in both cases, bathroom needs refreshment. Overall very nice stay, location is good too.
