It was fun! The service was good, just the toilets, and some of the structures, like doors didn’t work very well.

Felt like we were at a resort. Food and facilities were great and close walk to town yet distance enough for a quiet and safe space.

Perfectly nice place to stay. Very good value. Amazing location just metres from centre of San Pedro. Decent pool area. Breakfast was nice. Room was basic, cosy and clean. We only booked the day before so no complaints really. Stayed for 3 nights. If I was staying longer I would need a bigger room. Ours was a twin in the main hotel

The reception staff was awful, aggressive, misinformed, unhelpful, rude, need I continue?

I am a female solo traveler and I stayed at the hotel for four nights. Hotel is centrally located and extremely walkable to the main street and various restaurants. Staff friendly and professional and I felt very safe during my stay.

A very nice hotel in the desert, clean and neat. The surrounding is horrible, did not dare to go out. The waitress in the morning does not speak English. The food served was tasty.

The property is excellent value for money in terms of location facilities and price. Value for money compared to other locations is very good. The one thing I would have happily paid extra for would be air con. However no complaints. You can easily spend five times as much and be further out of the centre

Hotel is in great location. Staff were extremely helpful especially when things weren't quite as expected. Jose Luis was particularly helpful.

Room in bad conditions and very noisy. Front desk can’t help anything and can’t speak English. Breakfast no good. Services terrible and beer overpriced.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. We ran into issues with our rental car the day we picked it up in Calama. Juliette was so amazing and spoke to the rental and towing folks for us; later there were two other gentleman from the front desk who also had conversations with the rental/ tow folks for us. He also helped me get a taxi to the airport the day we were leaving. The property is pretty basic, but clean and the food is also basic, but the customer service from Juliette and team was exceptional!!

Hotel is perfectly adequate given the locale, but the facilities are very worn down by age and the food and beverages could be greatly improved

Near the Main Street with all sort of food joints . The hotel staff and facility is very good for families with small kids .

Fantastic hotel, staff and service. Swimming pool fun. Great location, Safe and fantastic location. You are surrounded by beautiful scenery. Highly recommend.

I booked a room at Diego de Almagro in San Pedro for a few days. I made a good decision. I found the room to be comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and the restaurant was good.
