It was a nice place for kids with pool they had fun

When i got there the staff was so nice but one of the rooms sink didnt work. It took them over a day to fix the sink. The sink was unusable. It shot out at high pressure to the right. The pool seems to be rented to the brit swim school so during the week youre only allowed HALF the pool area even though you paid for access to it all. This is not mentioned before paying. The property is nice on in the halls but the pool/water area is what most people come for. It looks disgusting and nothing like the pics. The bottom of the floor is disgusting, they would leave bandages, hair, lashes, papaers, etc down for DAYS. Every Wednesday they close the pool for "cleaning " and it just so happens to be right before the brit swim school comes. The hallway garbages always smelled like warmed up vomit. The breakfast is another thing. The food is left out for anyone to access and its not stored properly. They let people stick their hands in the bag of preboiled eggs that sat there from the day i checked in to the day i checked out. The breakfast is also 2/10. The fact that you have to pay extra for something that atrocious is beyond me. The breakfast was the same every single day. The food isnt being brought up to temp, the biscuits were warm on the putside and ice cold in the middle like a microwave was used. The breakfast is extremely limited and was never clean and prepped properly. Food all over, juice and milk were both empty every single day. I have so more to say but no more space.

Took my mom to the lantern festival atJohn Ball zoo for her 82nd birthday and stayed at that hotel. The surrounding area was definitely unkept, and it reeked of cigarette smoke outside and inside. The room was clean, but my shower was dirty. The front desk lady was overwhelmed with people trying to check in, but very friendly and tried to be accommodating. I reserved two rooms and instead of putting us in an adjoining room, hotels.com listed the second room under someone else’s name and we were unable to get adjoining rooms. So my mom was on the third floor and I was up on the fourth floor.

Because I booked via Expedia, I was told I could not request room location in hotel, late check out not available, basically just had attitude because I did not use their website. Asked for a do not disturb sign, told out of them but would put me down as no housekeeping because I’m a 2nd shifter and sleep late, but was woke up anyway by housekeeping pounding on the door. Room was moderately clean, but floors were not, I should at least be reimbursed for 2 pairs of previously white socks that I thru out after the bottoms turned black. Mid week stay, not a busy hotel but couldn’t get upper floor as requested and put next door to a loud family of 5 when I was traveling alone and there were many other rooms available. Overall not a great experience.

I will say hotel is very clean,.very clean and updated room was nice. Hotel check in staff was nice. Morning came, went to have coffee, all the had was decaf and a few creamers. Coffee lids did not fit the cups. I would rate the breakfast/availability very poor. Very little to no food and syrup had nothing in it even first thing in the morning. Breakfast/coffee is definitely not a priority for the hotel. There was no one attending the front to check anyone out.

The hotel waa nice and the staff was great. The area wasn’t the greatest, but it was super convenient for where we needed to be.

We stayed in 418 and the ac was very loud. Breakfast was not quickly replenished. We had to leave pretty quickly in the morning around 7 and there was nothing left. Comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. :)

Beautiful and clean

The rooms are clean, but the floor in the eating area was sticky. Even after I watched them mop. It might just be what they use to mop with. For the price this place is amazing and fun for kids. Breakfast was warm and decent. Staff were nice.

It was good

For the price I paid for the room. Plus being forced to pay an additional $100 deposit. I would have expected the pool area to be more clean, better monitored and taken care of. Tons of unruly children, very dirty water. No staff monitoring for wrist bands or making people follow the rules. Over capacity for sure. Staff was very stressed out and short at check in.

We booked this hotel specifically for the bar and pool/hot tub. During check in, the agent wearing a green sweater and matching eye makeup informed us that the bar was closed due to no available staff. We were advised that we could bring our own drinks and enjoy the bar but there was no staff available to serve us. We were disappointed but decided to take her up on the offer. After checking in we made our way to the bar area and again, we were advised that they had no accommodations to keep our drinks cold but that there was an ice machine down the hall. About 20 minutes later we were approached by the manager and informed that we were not permitted to drink in the bar. Terrible communication and service. We were not able to access the

We had a very nice one night stay and would definitely recommend it, and return. They were understaffed both when we checked in and the following morning, so we had to wait a bit. But, the staff did everything they could to help everyone as fast as possible. The pool/splash pad was fun! The equipment could use an update, but was clean and the kids loved it.

Kids were running the halls, up and down the stairs and yelling, being extremely loud until about 1:00am. Our room phone did not work, so I had to walk down to the front desk to report the noise. You could hear them from the front desk too. The employee working the front desk acted bothered when I asked her, politely, if anything was going to be done about the noise. The loudness went on for a couple more hours.

Everything was great - the only downer was that the shower had no pressure and the drain must of been backed up because it filled up with water almost immediately during the shower. But everything was clean and everyone was nice. We plan on making this trip once a month for the kids to play at the water park. We definitely will be back!

Children's pool area was nice for small children.

The kiddie pool was under construction the sinks in my hotel room kept getting backed up. No sorry the would not let me cancel at once I found all this information out, nor would they give me a refund
