Nice property. Can't find ice machine, front desk clerk overwhemed with check ins. I checked in online on Hilton app, never got digital key and had to stand in long line at front desk to get a key.

The hotel was easy to find, bo problem with parking even arriving after midnight. Also no problem checking in easy and fast.

Great location, easy to get to from interstate. Bathtub wouldn’t drain and toilet had troubles flushing. Pool area is nice and room was clean!

Close to all of our gatherings for a family reunion

overall nice experience

Employees were very nice. Room was okay. Not as clean or updated as expected. There was zero storage space in to bathroom. One place to hang towels on the back of bathroom door. The A/C took forever to cool the room. Bed was comfortable. There were several bugs in our room and cobwebs on the lamps.

The check-in peraon was very ungriemdly. I have stayed at many Hilton locations & this was the firat one that i felt truely unwelcomed at the check-in. Also, the pool was extremely small in this hotel. They did some awesome photo manipulation to make the pool look much larger than it really is.

Our stay was great. The only thing that could have been better is the T.V. We had to have maintenance come in to figure out how to get channels on fhe T.V. He said they just had new T.V.s installed and they werent connecting to the cable box so he jad to reprogram it. They have had to do that with almost every guest since the new T.V.s were installed. If maintence hadnt come in to help us figure it out we wouldnt have had T.V. the entire time which would have been a deal beeaker, especially with a four year old. I would highly recommend getting that issue resolved for future guests.

No housekeeping services for my three days stay there. Which is very poor services.

The cleanliness was poor, restroom and shower were dirty, you needed flip flops to walk around the restroom.

Nice location , clean and quiet Nice bar and dining area with super nice staff

Super convenient being connected to the convention center.

The staff was excellent especially the restaurant staff they stayed late to take care of us after the rock and gem show.

They say it was booked twice. Can you fix that please?
