Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet hotel. Only 5 minutes walk to centre of town with bars, restaurants and shopping. Ten minutes walk to the sanctuaries. Room had TV but no coffee making facilities. Shower was lovely but leaked into the bathroom as shower tray very shallow an shower curtain rather than shower screen

We struggle with fried foods at our stage in life so more vegetables rather than fries would have been preferable. It’s difficult when you have to keep to a strict diet

Lovely hotel and exceptionally warm and helpful staff. Really lovely and kind. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Could do with a long mirror on the room! (My only negative comment).

The hotel advertised AC but they don’t tell u that some rooms doesn’t have AC . How do U expect anyone to sleep good without AC on 35 C ? We did get a rooms w AC eventually but it was a struggle.

Great, easy walking distance to almost everywhere.

Unfortunately bed was a bit uncomfortable but good enough for our very short stay. Restaurant was also closed due to it being the end of the season but quiet a few others available within a short walk.

Very peaceful city to regenerate your energy in.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten sind sehr schmal bemessen. Für eine Nacht in Lourdes war es aber ok und zumindest günstig. Ein privater Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung, welcher aber normalerweise ca. 8,- Euro am Tag kostet. Vom Hotel aus kann man zu Fuß ins Zentrum und zu Mariengrotte laufen.

Vraiment très bien. Tout le personnel est avenant, simple, agréable comme s’il nous avez toujours connu. Le silence la nuit est la propreté, parfait. Le parking couvert un plus et la facilité d'accès au sanctuaire (trottoirs larges le long du Gave)toujours pla,t pratique même si difficulté à la marche. Nous en connaissons déjà plusieurs mais nous reviendrons là.

Hôtel propre, pas loin du quartier animé (à pied). Personnel accueillant et chaleureux. Dommage que certains clients ne soient pas discrets ni respectueux envers les autres voyageurs surtout à des heures tardives.

Accueil très bien, aimable. confort tres bien, pas de bruits proximité avec nos centres d'interêt, excellent sejour
