Our short trip was amazing, perfect nature and sea. Tasty food and good service, advice to visit a la carte restaurants. Good guest relations team

Excellent food and views around, good quality of service, good service in restaurants, the spa complex is in a cool place, but it could do with renovation. Also the water park is in a great place, but I would like more modern slides. Evening entertainment was quite interesting and exciting. Twice a week in the evening in the cafe on the beach you can watch the sunset with live music and it's cool. I can also highlight the tea house with a good selection of brewed tea. In general, the hotel leaves only positive impressions. Four of us rested for 10 days (3 adults and a teenager) and everyone was satisfied and we were not bored even one day. I can recommend this hotel for visiting.

We arrived and were quite aggressively upsold our room. which they ended up giving to us for the same price anyway. All because it had a jacuzzi on the balcony that we didn't want. Seems like they didn't have the room we had booked available so they tried to get us to pay more money rather than upgrading. Not a great look for new arrivals!

Mets well on all expectations of an all inclusive resort. The resort itself does show its age specially in the rooms, however the services, activities, food etc are kept upto standard of the Liberty brand. Location is quite well as just a bit of oludeniz but still accessible easily. Defintely targeted towards family with kids so I would not suggest it for those who are looking for peace and quiet.

Beautiful setting. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food excellent.

Noise pollution. Pretty standard in Turkey, uncontrolled volume. At the cafeteria/beach bar loud music all day including the morning hours. Just went down with a little hangover, it was impossible to enjoy my coffee. However the biggest problem is the open air nightmare/night club. Even though my room was at the end of the hotel, extra loud bass wouldn’t let me sleep both nights I was there (bass is cranked up so loud it’s everywhere in this hotel). When I went down to warn them, I thought the tall moron in charge of the music was gonna beat me up. It’s a shame, I’ll never go back.

Good all inclusive hotel. Food decent, friendly staff and nice facilities, although no need for 15 tennis courts. Quite a big area so had to walk a bit but on-site bus is handy. Stoney pebble beach is not comfortable for feet but good for snorkeling.

Fantastic hotel the staff were wonderful, the location was beautiful and my daughter enjoyed the kids club so much. Would definitely recommend

Perfect beach. It was amazing. Staff is super helpful and nice. Excellent child care and activities. Good food. Super helpful guest relation desk. Room service was not super good but it was still okay. Some staff can only speak Russian(no English, no Turkish), it was kinda awkward, not helpful at all. Bartenders can’t meet the world wide standards, they are very nice but can’t even make Margaritas or Mojitos appropriately. We overall like it. Strongly recommend this place. Especially for families with kids age between 5-12.
