Os colaboradores são extremamente atenciosos, superando as expectativas. Desde a recepção, equipe da limpeza, restaurante e demais funcionários (cujo cargo nem sempre sabemos ao certo), todos foram impecáveis. Gostaria de deixar um agradecimento especial ao Sidney, com quem tivemos mais contato: sempre muito cordial e claro nas explicações. Estão todos de parabéns

Para uma reserva de tina hora, a surpresa foi maravilhosa, ótima localização, serviço excelente e funcionários receptiveis, a única ressalva foi a conexão wi-fi, era muito instável no quarto.

I really liked this place and the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good too, the beach is less than two minutes walk. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area too. Hotel is not a fancy one but definitely family oriented, simple rooms and has the basic, perfect for those that want to explore the city and just need a place to sleep. They have breakfast in the mornings and it is fantastic and the staff that work there they are so kind and helpful, they even make you omelette and tapioca, a traditional dish from northeast of Brazil. We had a great time.

Foi tudo muito bom funcionários super educado e gentis principalmente no café da manhã ficamos na chegada em Fortaleza fomos visitar outras cidades e quando retornamos para sp voltamos e ficamos lá por que foi o melhor que nós achamos tanto no conforto quanto a recepção que tivemos com certeza voltarei ❤️

Durante minha estadia não tenho o que reclamar, estava tudo do jeito que eu queria, só a piscina que é um pouco pequena mas pra mim foi ótimo gostei muito e quando eu voltar a Fortaleza quero ficar no Maredomus dinovo ótima qualidade perto de tudo.

The staff is just amazing and breakfast is also superb. The location is not the best - a bit of a rough area - even though there is a nice beach with tranquil, warm waters just across the road. It is good value for money though. If it weren't for the location, I would stay there again just because breakfast and staff are so good and the beach closeby is just perfect.

They didn’t supply free parking and we had to walk to park our car. The gentleman at desk was an super nice young man. I felt the hotel was miss leading by the pictures showing it on the ocean but it is a block and half from the ocean. It has a view but it is not at the ocean. I guess ocean view is different than ocean front. The building next to it is condemned and in horrible shape and makes it seem really dark. Probably won’t be going back to stay there in the future. Breakfast was ok.

I liked the view it was nice. The pool is extremely small, the restaurant is very expensive and not good. The desk clerks do not speak English at all maybe very basic. They are rude. By far over priced

My house keeper would organize my things and even fold my dirty laundry (she/he really didn’t have to). It felt like home.

O hotel eh muito bom. Localização excelente. Muito bom para quem está trabalhando e excelente para turismo. Única coisa, que tenho que dizer e seguinte. Internet poderia ser bem melhor. Hoje dia a qualidade de internet eh muito importante.

The property is absolutely not what you see in the advertising photos. It is not facing the sea, it has no pool, the sauna does not work, breakfast is very poor, the area is ugly, dirty, run down and full of prostitutes. It's not what you buy. The staff are helpful, hardworking and friendly, but this does not erase the sharp photographic fraud.

When we checked in the night check in tried to charge us an"additional fee" for the age of my daughter although I had already put in her age on Expedia when I booked. Both nights here the safes did not work until considerable work had been done on them in our room just after check in. Air conditioning did not work.

Had to reprogram room key 3 times. CNN sound failed 3 times, had to keep calling to have a reset done. First room was not Ocean view. Wi-Fi not good, drops connection often.
