This property falls far short of luxury standards—it's more like a dated motel than a 5-star hotel. I suspect it may have been upscale 50 years ago, but there has clearly been no meaningful maintenance or renovation since then. The overall condition is very run-down. Towels had visible holes, the pillow felt like a solid brick, and the bathrobe was in such poor shape that it was off-putting just to look at. The room had no functional temperature control, forcing us to open the windows for any airflow—which unfortunately let in a lot of cigarette smoke from outside, making the space stuffy and unpleasant. Other issues included: A very old, heavily stained couch in the room full of holes. Stained breakfast tablecloths. Outdated physical keys (not electronic key cards) for both the room and the safe—something that feels like a basic necessity in modern hospitality, not a luxury perk. We booked for two nights but checked out after just one. The uncomfortable bedding (especially the rock-hard pillow), unbearable heat, and constant smoke made sleep impossible. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund the second night. Overall, this was a disappointing and frankly sad experience for what was presented as a luxury stay.

Beautiful old style Hotel, excellent service and beautiful pool. Rooms are spacious but aircon is virtually non existing

Very aged and dated. Breakfast very poor and unusually not tasty for Italian 5* hotels...

It’s not a 5 star hotel. Only staff deserves 5. The swimming pool is small and dirty.

Large bedrooms. Old interiors in bedrooms. Dinner service 7.45 until 9.00pm. Same table allocated for breakfast and dinner throughout stay. Very bright, large dining room. Good food though set menu. Good breakfast. Reception areas large and attractive. An extremely traditional hotel that needs a more modern approach.

Classy, old world hotel, spa and terme. Fabulous decor throughout with attention to details. It's the first hotel I've stayed in where cherubs didn't seem out of place. A wide variety of spa and mud treatments available or you can just relax in the thermal pools inside or use the swim out tunnel. The only minor issue is arriving before or staying after check in or check out. There isn't a secure place to store you luggage as you lounge in one of their provided robes. The White Gloves restaurant has outstanding service and multiple options from the set menu for most specialty diets.

Large comfortable room. Air conditioning was only effective in the separate sitting room. Adequate breakfast, but the breakfast support staff seemed overwhelmed. Very nice grounds and pools. Complimentary pool towels was a nice touch. Staff very friendly and helpful. Convenient onsite parking; good wifi.

Everything was fine

One of the worst hotel I ever been. Beside the fact that is very old staff is very rood. During breakfast they were very unorganized and all tables were dirty, buffet was empty and the only thing they care was to prepare the restaurant for lunch.

This hotel is huge and we were expecting a smaller venue. It has hot springs, must have a bathing cap for both men and women, and almost everyone there was 80 years old or older. Disappointed that nothing had been remodeled. Easy parking.

As per, Abano Ritz excells. Always a pleasure to stay there and relax. Pools are amazing and the hydro massages out of this world. Rather busy when we stayed there and polside became crowded.

Stayed there one night, at A corner room on the 3rd floor. An old style, very comfortable hotel, comfortable room, large bath, Large indoor swimming pool, nice gym, too small dry Sauna. 400 meters walk from the center. excellent free parking facility, and free Wi Fi. Nice breakfast, but variety and quality of food in the restaurant could be improved.
