Staff at the reception counter was excellent.She even came to our room to fix the air conditioner as it wasn’t working. She’s very helpful & welcoming. The hotel is quite old & lacking some of the essentials such as full length mirror, lack of hooks in the shower area to hang towel, counter area in the bathroom is not enough for ladies’s toiletries. Another negative is the coffee maker is placed on a small side table- quite low even for a 5ft, 2in tall person

THE Embassy met all our needs. Loved the daily breakfast, fresh fruit, and full range of choices. It is so close to the beautiful harbor. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Our first visit - it was well worth it. And we will be back.

Coming to visit my daughter and staying at this hotel was exactly what has served its purpose and more. Love the convenience and close proximity of downtown Victoria has to offer especially the views.
