Staff was very friendly and the hotel was just super convenient.

It was our first time visiting Santa Barbara and first stay at Pacific Crest Hotel. This was a last minute trip and we were pleasantly surprised on how nice and welcoming this hotel was to our family and how close it was to the beach. We will definitely visit again with more time to spend.

The location is excellent with good parking. Our room (Standard) had an awkward layout. The Closet area had a locked door that opened to the next room. You could hear conversations and I'm sure they heard ours.

Our recent stay proved to be an excellent experience for a family of four. We were accommodated in a two-bedroom apartment, complete with two bathrooms. The beds were clean and provided ample space. One of the bathrooms had been recently renovated. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful addition. Overall, the stay was highly satisfactory.

Nice quiet location. Very close to the beach to walk the paths starting at East Beach all the way to State St or the Warf if (about 20-30 mint walk). Dog friendly, so it was great for my family. We had the room with a full kitchen, and we were a short walking distance from the small grocery which was very convenient for thing we forgot. Small but nice warm pool.

Great location. Couple of blocks to the beach. Walkable to downtown Santa Barbara. Extremely affordable. We will be back.

The rooms are very small. The staff was rude and wouldn’t provide us extra towels. The pool was very small and not well kept. The location is great.

Super close to the beach.

Such an amazing location. Directly across from East Beach. Room was large with high ceilings, decent sized kitchen. Smaller bathroom and a few small areas needing some repair but still a great value. Would book again!

Very clean, close to the beach, affordable

The rooms are clean, property is in a nice location and free parking was a plus. If you aren't planning on spending a lot of time at a hotel then it would be okay. However, our shower water didn't get hot, just lukewarm. Also, two days before our stay we were told we could have late check out at 3pm for $25. Then one day before I was told it was $50 to check out at 12pm (just one hour after check out). I asked why it changed from $25 to $50 and they said they would let us check out at the 3pm for $25. Then the day of our check out, we were told 12pm was the latest check out. We just left at 11am, because we were tired of the incorrect information being given to us.

The property was in excellent condition. I was pleased that I received daily housekeeping services, as that is not always provided in this day and age, even at more expensive hotels. Pacific Crest will be at the top of my list for future visits to Santa Barbara.

We loved the deck off our room. Loved the bed an the colors of the room. A small microwave would be nice a softer towels. Overall great ocean view, love the upper deck!

The check-in was smooth however upon entering the room there was a weird smell that stunk up the room. It smelled like cheap cleaning products and the smell of lime stain due to water damage. Additionally, the WiFi was HORRIBLE. It did not reach our room and we were unable to access anything on the internet due to "poor service". When we asked the front desk staff, they apologized but nothing was fixed. Additionally, the shower area was not well kept and it felt dirty and smelly. The bed itself was comfortable. We were also scared periodically because there was a tree above our room that would drop things on our roof and it felt like someone was walking above us. The floors creaked and the room was small.

Cool updated 60s vibe done well. Separate kitchen is a bonus. Accommodating.

Great location!

Cute little property. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, the pier, etc. I had the king room with the deck. It’s a small room but suited me fine. The shower worked great and although I don’t take long showers, the water pressure was fabulous and I never ran out of hot water.
