Hotel was well maintained with friendly and helpful staff. The pool and entertainment team- Isreal, Roxy, and Sebastian were fantastic. Fun daily activities and nightly entertainment. Room had perfect view of the Gulf. Our biggest complaint was overall food quality and selection. Breakfast was buffet and some of the food did not look fresh. Had to request bacon- but they are happy to get it for you. The other restaurants- one did not sound good to us and then Don Gus had good appetizers and lime soup, but the entrees were just ok. Nothing to get excited about. Our meal at Marco Polo was good. The pizza counter by the pool was delicious! Wish there was a larger selection of food options overall. For a return visit- We would like more from the food and found we prefer adults only, but great small resort and perfect for families. They have a very loyal following. Would recommend overall.

Not bad. IT needs some updating. To catch the elevator to go upstairs to your room was always crowded and had to wait a long time. The food was decent. It was ok.

We have been going to this resort for years mostly because the staff is very nice, accommodating and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We traveled in a large group of 30 and the only snag was eating together (understandably so). The activity/entertainment staff is by far better than any resort we’ve attended.

Ocean was partially visible from our room, we could definitely see it once we stepped out into the balcony. The pool was nice but very cold (not heated) but honestly after the first plunge it was fine! Staff was great! Room was clean. A/C wasn’t the greatest but with the giant fan in the room it did the trick and it was fine. They also have filtered water refill stations on you room floors, which is great for those worried about water in Mexico.

To start off the room I stayed in had a smart tv that did not work the entirety of my stay. We reached out for assistance and never received any help. We were given black “VIP”wristbands with no VIP perks. The food was terrible with the exception of the pizza by the pool. Staff made it a tolerable experience because everyone was friendly. Safe to say I will not be returning.

Room was good and clean. Food not good at all and very little variety. Long lines and waits to get into buffet and once inside buffet. Ocean was fine waves were large but thats not resorts fault. Pool and hot tubs were neglected and then some great staff and some not so great staff. Wont return but was better then being around cold snow.

Staff were rude & don't smile at you.They only know common English words but when you ask for something,the order is always wrong because they don't understand English.The checkin staff doesnt smile or greet you at any point.The checkout staff will rip you off so be careful when you are paying because they over charged us.If you ever complain during your stay(for ex.they called my sister's room at 12:30Am two times to remind them that the checkout is at 12Pm next day).Imagine their kids woke up crying in the middle of the night & they had a hard time putting them back to sleep.So whenever you complain about something they did wrong(almost everyday),they never apologize or reward you by a small gesture such as example spa or anything small(other hotels would do way more to ensure guests have an amazing experience).Food was limited to 1 buffet and the 3 restaurants were packed always.One time we got a reservation & the 1st course came after 1.5hours.Even when you tip waiters(generously)they don't care & their service doesn't change.It's like everyone hates their job there & they are always tired not smiling.The only good thing about this resort was the entertainment team because they created a show every night & fun activities.Otherwise everything from staff,rooms,food,checkin and checkout experience were all a waste of money.We were a big group of family(almost 20)&we tried to enjoy with each other as much as we can.We are travellers and this was the worse all inclusive hotel

First of all the Staff was top notch. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Jaar at the Italian Restaurant treated us like celebrities and we could be more thankful to him. Now as far as the property. It was windy so that did put a slight damper on our week but the pools and the all the buildings were always clean. Rooms were nice if a bit older furniture. The bathrooms seem to be recently updated so they were nice always had hot water. Food. The restaurant food was very good. The outdoor pizzas were very good. The hamburgers by the pool were good. The buffet was terrible. Breakfast at least had a nice lady making omelets but the rest of the food was either cold(pancakes and French toast) of not a very good breakfast selection. The lunch and dinners were also not very good. There is no food past 8pm until 7am. Sorry 6am at the small coffee shop has cold bagels and a couple snacks. You can not get a soda until 1030 at the bar inside and 11 on the outside bars. Really should have some type of drinks available in the morning. We did utilize the gym it’s small which was fine since only a couple people use it anyway. We did partake in the yoga in the am and it was well run. Do not fall for the free tours if you listen to the presentation. Told us it was 60 min. We were there for 2 1/2 hours for $100 voucher. High pressure sale on the time share. The rating on the hotel was a 4.1 I think 3.1 would be more appropriate. I honestly would not

Staff were amazing! Clean rooms. Beautiful beach. Only downside for me was how early all the bars closed. Only the lobby bar was open past 5-6pm. Also, no food options after the buffet closes at 10pm. With a younger crowd, we were looking for late night snacks and there were zero options… even for purchase.

Pros. Hotel. Very clean, lots of pool, staff was excellent. Food and drinks included Cons. (I’m admitting I’m a food snob). The food wasn’t really good. Drink “top shelf” Smirnoff Bacardi captain morgan Jim beam and sometimes I saw Johnny black. The frozen drinks had a strange taste

1-Need much more organization 2- too slow in dining area 3-the worst part or experience is that we got a call at 12:30am from the reception just to tell us that the check out is at 12pm 4-no umbrella for our whole 7 day stay!
