We arrived at the accommodation pretty late (at 2 AM-ish), but the check-in process was smooth. The reception was ready with our key, so we can go straight to our room. However, when we enter the room, it was really cold (the AC was on at 15 degrees—mind you, we visited Rotorua during fall, so it was cold already), but the reception was kind enough and accommodating to lend us a heater. Other than that, the room was really clean with comfortable mattresses. The showerhead in the bathroom probably needs a little fixing. The location itself was really strategic, the lake and any other establishment was pretty much at walking distance. We felt like 2 nights was not enough to explore the whole city and love to visit this lovely city again in the future.
