Clean room pleasant staff overall goid stay

Great pool and roof top However, Room decor a bit jaded. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room, plus a complimentray bottle of water and a bin. Better information should be supplied on checking in regardig the meal options. Bar should accept cash.

Amazing experience. Great location and value for money. Spacious rooms. The food was very nice and tasty, with lot of options to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would def recommend this place. The best thing about this hotel was that all the staff were quite friendly and nice, which made the whole experience amazing

Lovely hotel in a great location

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room with a view and a balcony. Generous size with a couch and huge bed. Safe in the room with the lock for your personal belongings. Daily thorough house cleaning in the room would’ve appreciated. Sheets changed more often. Towels changed daily. Body soap and shampoo conditioner included.

We stayed B&B. Lovely choice for breakfast and served till 10.15 am. Room was large with air con. Excellent facilities. Balcony with a sea view . Couldn’t fault hotel. Entertainment every night but we chose to go out for evening meal and to try different restaurants. Roof top terrace a bonus . Room cleaned daily.

Friendly staff, Well equipped , appointed and comfortable rooms. Cleaning was regular all around the hotel. Breakfast was a good choice, downside was hot food wasnt very hot under the heat lamps. Swimming pool nice, adults only roof terrace was good can get a bit noisy at times. Sun loungers not allowed to put your towels out and leave which is good. Animation team are great and lively with lots of activities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We have been to the GF Fanabe on many occasions as this hotel suits us very well and we would have no hesitation in returning. The hotel retains many of its staff over a number of years and it is always good to see them again and meet new ones. We love the adult only roof space but it is becoming increasigly difficult to find a sun lounger. People put their towels on them but dont use them for most of the day, and while this is not the fault of the hotel, it should perhaps be monitored. The dining area is large with a number of food stations but can be quite busy. The food is varied and really should suit all tastes. I do think that hotel must be due for a refurbishment as it is looking a bit dated now

To be honest the pictures does not do the property justice. No it's not the most modern hotel, but it doesn't look as old as the pictures present. All the staff on all levels are professional, courtesy and attentive. The beds and showers are amazing. Their breakfast provide a lot of options and was always full even when I came down late on my whole 8 nights. It's located walking distance from the beach ,10 mins and all the restaurants. It has two supermarkets across the street and buses I. Front of the hotel. I was there for an event so I was out Nightly. They also offer nightly entertainment. It's great for s mature crowd and family. No it's not the Hot spot for partying. THANK YOU!!! But that is close by as well.

Hotel is a bit tired, pool closed a couple of times and stag dos really nosy with constant shenanigans

dated property.wonderful staff.rooms dated but spotless and very comfortable.wonderful atmosphere round bar area.outstanding and kind staff.entertainment some great acts.all in all a lovely hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Found the atmosphere to be very laid back even though its a busy hotel. Its kept impeccably clean everywhere. Yes the rooms are a little dated but again you cant fault how clean they are. Rooms are spacious too. Would recommend.

Food was plentiful and very good quality apart from giant prawns which unfortunately on one evening were not cleaned inside. This can be dangerous and is a health hazard. Apart from that cannot fault hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful. Overall a lovely stay and we would definitely return

We were in room on the front above the entrance 0131, the entertainment goes on until 1115 pm which is fine however the pub across the road competes for noise . Would definitely go to the hotel again but request a different room
