The staff was very professional. I was greeted the moment I entered the lobby. I arrived in town earlier than expected and asked if they could accommodate an early check-in. Even though they were fully booked, I still managed to get an early room. The room and hotel were clean. The breakfast was excellent and well presented. Every staff member I interacted with throughout the property was very friendly. A special thanks to Valerie, the front desk manager, for her assistance during my stay.

I have no complaints about this stay. The staff was very flexible and went above and beyond to accommodate an unusual request to solve a problem I faced while there. They helped me find a resolution instead of just saying NO. I really appreciated the extra care and service provided.

Friendly staff at reception and a warm welcome. Hotel is clean and well presented. Pool are is nice and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. All in all a good ‘stop off’ hotel on the way to Atlanta airport. Free self parking too, always a bonus!

Enjoyed our stay especially for the breakfast spread. Probably one of the best Hotel Breakfasts I’ve had, Clean, Fresh, & Delicious! Our room did have a particular odor I wasn’t very fond of but it didn’t ruin our stay as we came late at night & left early morning.

This was the second time we’ve stayed and couldn’t have been happier! Every single employee met us with a smile and was eager to help. It was almost surreal. From housekeeping, the breakfast lady, the front desk agents and management, not one bit of a frown or aggravation. It was a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay again when visiting family.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Plenty of choices, clean and great, friendly staff. The housekeeping staff was equally friendly & helpful. Minor glitches with some facilities, but nothing serious. The hotel is in an area with great shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. Recommend hotel. Thank you!
