Far exceeded our expectations! Unparalleled cleanliness and friendliness. Excellent food at all restaurants we tried including the buffet. We did not go to the Mexican one. Rooms were luxurious and the upgraded oceanfront room was worth it. The value for what we paid was tremendous. Highly recommend it!

Property is absolutely gorgeous! Staff was sure accommodating and set us up with a top floor room for my husband’s 50th bday! And gave us a super cute bday created towel and bottle of tequila!

Nice place to stay and enjoy the ocean. Good variety of food, the stuff is cleaning this place 24/7. The only thing I would renew the furniture in the lobby. There is a lot of day activities such as volleyball, croquet, table tennis, literball. In the evening you choose to go party or stay at the hotel there is night shows and live music. All that info you can find on the RIU app. Thanks

After staying in the hotel, i've got things all over my body. There might be a bed bug or i dont know whats wrong with it. But after staying there first day next day i got things all over my body so i give your hotel 0. The room smells like toilet water, it was terrible i hated it!

Beautiful property, cleanest resort we have seen in a long time, gracious staff who care about the guests and go the extra mile, options for different traveler needs such as party pool with loud music VS quiet pools, food was a cut above many places we have stayed, beautiful property overall!!

Very pleasant stay at the resort. The staff were very helpful and catered to all our needs. The resort was cleaned often and the room was very clean and spacious. The pool activities were very interesting and kept us busy. Would definitely be staying in this resort on my next visit to Cancun.

My husband and I vacationed at the Riu Palace Las Americas and found the staff to be very accomodating and generous each day. We loved our stay!

Perfect if u need a get away.. I wouldn’t say it’s a party resort but it’s worth the money, drinks are great, food and service excellent.. there are parties and plenty around the resort, just not inside
