The staff was very nice and checked us in early and the staff at the breakfast was super nice although the food quality was limited and it was hard to tell what the different items were. The room was very small and had no decoration and felt dirty and needed renovation. The location was great.

The condition of the shower is poor with the bathroom being in poor condition. The breakfast was good and the hotel is in a central, fun location.

Pleasant one night stay in this Best Western . It’s convenient to Palermo Lolli train station for airport … ten minute walk and in a nice area . Nice common area on ground floor and large breakfast room . The shower was modern and was most welcome after a long trip from Taormina that day . Reception was very pleasant and helpful . Would stay here again .

Excellent location near many restaurants and cultural sites. Neighborhood is quiet. No AC until May. Today's high is 25C

Nice stuff, well hopefully.

The hotel is located at a great location with a friendly staff. I barely had to use public transportation as I could easily to my destinations. It only took me 10 min to walk to Palermo Lolli train station to head back to the airport!! The room was clean with a surprisingly modern washroom. No complaint other than it needed to be re-painted (that’s me really nitpicking). I’ll definitely go back when I return to Palermo. :)

Great stay, helpful staff, good location. A few nice restaurants just across the nearby park.

The hotel was very nice. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is in a good location. Breakfast was wonderful too.

Close to center

Charming property with excellent staff.

Hotel is run down. There are places to walk to nearby but lots of trash in the street and graffiti. Service was good and staff was friendly. I tried to use the gym but was told except for treadmills, it was private and I could not use it.

Very nice breakfast in a lovely room. Staff friendly. Good to have kettle and tea and coffee in the room.
