The G was a lovely hotel and spa. Easy check-inand the employees at the front desk were great, very helpful. Love the flavored waters offered in the lobby. The thermal suite was a welcome treat after a long day. The rooms were a clean good size and the bathroom also was great. Loved the towel warmer and the soaps. It is a quick drive or taxi ride into Galway City Centre. Breakfast was very good lots of options and fresh Would highly recommend

The hotel was a little far from downtown but still a nice location. Room was very big and shower was amazing. The only issue we had was that the room didn’t really get cool.

great new property. Fitness center was closed for work, but they had an arrangement with the gyn next door, which was excellent.

A 25 min walk from Latin quarter. Spa was FANTASTIC ! Best high powered jacuzzi , steam, sauna , bowl of crushed ice and a beautiful meditation room. Breakfast was very good

Easy to access by car. The parking lot is shared with the adjacent mall, so lots of room. We had lunch and breakfasts there, all good. Courteous and helpful staff. I wish there was a legend for the numerous power switches in the room!!

Gray location, breakfast and free parking in the basement is a +++

Gorgeous Hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We did have some issues with the climate control in our rooms but overall the experience at The G was largely positive

Clean,well staffed hotel. Amenities on-site are done very nicely. Parking a bit frustrating as they lock it at night leaving guest to find alternative parking and lock doors to hotel which your room key doesn't open so you must ring doorbell and wait for a staff member to let you in. Overall very pleasant and would stay again

Very clean property, bed was extremely comfy, rooms are showing their age and are run down a bit. The thermals at the spa were pretty good but the massages we received there were both very very bad

Stopped in the evangelista suite. An experience not to be missed-it’s bigger than the first flat I owned. Everything laid on and a so NB deregulated time. Will be back

AMAZING HOTEL! A MUST STAY! Great location, wonderful staff, the Spa is AWESOME and the 3 lounges and restaurant are FANTASTIC!

The property was very comfortable and the staff were sweet but it wasn’t really like a five star hotel. At the restaurant plates were whisked away before you barely finished eating and in the spa the tile heated chairs didn’t work and when I told the spa person she said “I’ll check!” and she never returned. I went to find her and she’d gone for the day. Lots of little things like that you’d never find at another 5 star hotel.

Breakfast was good. Miscommunication with Expedia over usage of the pool and spa. One of the main reasons we booked the hotel.
