Very friendly and helpful staff

Hotel/motel style a bit tired but very clean and comfortable. Good value for the price. Excellent staff: Francine (evening reception) and Yacin (morning) very professional and friendly. The dogs were welcome. We had a surprisingly excellent dinner and wine. The piece du Boucher and chips and the omelette aux champignons were freshly cooked and delicious. Copious plates with a side salad, real fresh crisp leaves with a freshly prepared olive oil dressing and not the usual plate decoration. Compliments and thank you to the chef who cooked the sauce échalotes and not just warmed it up and stayed in the kitchen to accommodate 2 lonely diners. Despite the gloomy surroundings of the motel a very good stay thanks to these very warm and cordial people.

Basic but clean room. Comfortable bed. Parking was plentiful.

Overnight stop heading to Calais

Excellent breakfast. Room & beds were comfortable. Only downside was the air on was set to 15 but still very hot in the room.

Use this hotel regularly for overnight stops. Rooms are basic but comfortable and the restaurant is good so it makes an ideal place for an overnight stop There are also places to eat / drink plus a few shops and a large supermarket all within walking distance should you need supplies for your journey.

Stopped here on the way down through France to go skiing. Adequate for a night stay - nothing fancy, just a bed and a shower. Would stay again if passing through.

Arrived late at night and was greeted by helpful staff who assisted with check-in. Hotel has ample parking for the amount or rooms and is gated at night. It is walking distance to a couple of restaurants as well as a 24/7 McD's.

Booked 2 rooms for our return journey to Uk at short notice, although a little dated in appearance, the rooms were comfortable and well equipped, lovely hot showers, staff were friendly and eager to help with anything we needed, good value and good service

Only there overnight

The staff and rooms were excellent. Unfortunately the building and exterior steps up to our room looked a bit rough. However it was good value for money.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Well equipped dining options however there is also great choices within walking distance. Please try the oriental buffet.. its so well priced and to die for. This hotel has excellent a/c but also had a portable heater in the room that was not necessary at this time. The staff are friendly bilingual and very helpful. Great team. Also theres enough parking spaces here for HGV's. This was super helpful.

Simple and pleasant, friendly staff

I was wondering if Campanile was still good value for money and this stay at £78 for an off season Sunday night has confirmed to me a definite no! Only one pillow per bed, shower taps connected wrong way. Hair dryer and bathroom vent not working and of course Sunday pm no staff or restaurant. Adois Campanile!

I chose the hotel while having a break on the autoroute, being about an hour away on a cold and wet night. It is not the easiest place to find despite it showing just off A26. In my view you need sat nav. Yes the hotel has a limited restuarant but it was not to my taste so I went to the Courtepaille, which I prefer. The room is basic but clean, I was in 22 second floor. The shower worked well and the bed was clean and comfortable.

We for two nights as we were working we left do not disturb on both rooms.Both rooms had been through and my colleague had personal items stolen with no help from reception.So my Advice keep well away

Beware if you stay more than 1 night, went out in the daytime and did not want the room cleaned as i did it myself, so put a sign do not disturb but this had little effect as when i came back they had cleaned the room but also had very light fingers because personal belongings went missing with very little help from reception. Definitely will not stay here ever again.
