The beds are very firm, the bath towels need to be replaced they look old. But the staff was friendly and helpful

The room was too old, dirty and the AC has a huge noise, I changed 2 rooms and the exact same problem.

Clean room

Yes the room was in acceptable condition. only 1 water bottle in room, only 1 packaged coffee for 1 person.

Always helpful staff and ev chargers ready for guests

This was our second time reserving our staying. I have to say it exceeded our expectations. Great customer service we will be booking again.

Room was clean cleaning staff were attentive of our needs since we didn’t want to be disturbed any of the days we were there when they saw us going out while they cleaned other rooms they would give us the good morning and ask if we needed anything and of course coffee envelopes and water very nice and curtiese

Parking lot was very clean, breakfast was a little to salty..

Rug too old and does not look clean

I have stayed here many times and it was always pleasant. Seems a little run down compared to my previous visits. One elevator wasn’t working, had to walk back to the lobby because my door didn’t open. BUT MOST OF ALL was the condition of the towels and bedding. Just didn’t look clean. After a long drive, I was ready for a cocktail but the bar was not open.

Marislava & Sarahí have amazing communication skills as well as very helpful in one’s needs & questions of the city or hotel. This made me want to return to this property next time I’m in Mexicali.

The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent and the was no hot water. They only provide one bottle of water per stay.
