Very clean room, excellent staff, breakfast wonderful and amazing shopping.

Excellent and convenient location, very clean, and equipped with complete amenities. Ideal for business stays. The staff could be a bit friendlier, though I later realized this seems to be the norm in the country.

Clean room. Nice king sized bed. Water view, no balcony. Bar fridge. Clean bathroom and shower. Adequate bath and hand towels. Might sound strange to mention but there were face cloths here while they were none in 2 other properties we stayed in while in Panama city. Large desk. Some english tv channels. Room and building A/C functioned and quiet. Room was quiet except for occasional hallway noise. Only real negative was the black streak the trailed from the a/c vent. Excellent front desk staff that are fluent english speakers. Check in and check out were fast and painless. Taxi service available in the lobby. Attached to a very large and modern shopping mall.

Clean room Excellent , but the small pool need removing the abundant mold on the walls and edges of the pools is very visible and unpleasant in the small area.

Great stay

The room was fine, cleaning staff great. The front desk is a gong show. No one seemed to know what was going on, the staff were not helpful. The pool only had 4 lounge chairs, the cushions were very dirty. The pool was not clean and the pool decking was very dirty. Nothing had been scrubbed up there for some time.
