The customer service, cleanliness, and amenities were excellent. I’ve seen better breakfast selections, though. The French toast and pancakes occasionally sat too long under the heat lamps and became a bit tough, but overall the food was still good. The staff more than made up for it with their service.

Staff at front desk was most helpful and friendly. Kudos to Francisco. He was very welcoming and accommodating.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The proximity to multiplaza was excellent for shopping and access to different restaurants. The hotel is also conveniently located most places that you may want to visit within the city on your trip. The airport was only 15 minutes away.

Reached around 10:30 am. Checking was at 3 pm. To our surprise,we had access to the room which was a delight to get some rest. Happy for such service.
