Fun all inclusive hotel- it is a bit far from town if you are wanting to go in to sightsee. Great for families with amazing food selection. Pools are nice and clean.

Gulcan is an amazingly wonderful woman. We only wanted her to prepare our meals. She gave my daughter the confidence to try her first Turkish words. I went to Gulcan every day to learn a new word and practice the few I know.

Second time here, really great Just some things need upgrading, especially the sheets and towels. Thanks for everything. Definitely recommend and will come back again

Very nice hotel, welcoming and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Great atmosphere. Lots of food choices. Amazing garden and great private beach.

Clean room

Stay here was lovely. The rooms were clean. The pool area calm and relaxing. Drinks were lovely. The only pain point was the restaurant where it became hectic and painful to get a table and eat. I also developed food poisoning on my last day. Such a shame when the holiday was fabulous.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. At night, it was extremely loud due to the DJ performance and live music. The soundproofing in the poolside rooms is not sufficient.

good experience overall. great variety in all inclusive. water park and beach for the kids rooms standard size. the only down side was , I had a free room upgrade from expedia and they had the room available for they created a lot of hindrance in upgrading the room and never let us have it.

The staff was great, went the extra mile to sort out an issue with our room. Thank you to Abdurrahman who always found a table for us and for the Parmesan cheese ( Pasta with shredded mozzarella is a crime). Thank you to the manager of customer relations who sorted out our room noise issues. The massive issue we had was the lack of allergens signs next to the food, cookies and desserts. My son has a nut allergy and between having to ask multiple times a day about the ingredients and the little English spoken by some employees, it was a constant struggle . The toilets by the kids pools need more attention, they were normally out of toilet paper. But we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider coming back!

Fantastic hotel, beautiful pools and grounds, beach lovely plenty of bars and snack areas outside (summertime) great for families plenty to do, staff professional and kind nothing is too much trouble, would we go back 100% yes thank you for a great stay
