Room wasn’t serviced everyday which was disappointing - apparently you have to ask at reception but often there was no-one on reception. Rooms and bathrooms were ok.

It was a nice place with wonderful staff.

We really liked the hotel. Great overall, except for lack of A/C, and a very small bathroom, and very basic bathroom facilities. Bcs you don’t have an A/C, you have to keep the window open, but the street below is very busy, so the traffic noise wakes you up early. But great location and nice room.

I have been staying at this property on and off since October 2022x. Amazing and friendly staff. They try to always book my favorite room when available.

We went on a vacation from the US to visit our family in Aalborg. The location was great and close to everything downtown Aalborg. The hotel staff were friendly, and accommodation were very clean. Drinks in the hotel bar were fantastic although not always open and especially not late. Hotel was quick to give us extra pillows, towels, and even microwave food or hold things in a guest fridge as they do not provide those in the rooms. Bathrooms were smaller than we thought they would be, but made it work! It was amazing to be able to rent some bikes from the hotel to ride around!

Overall a good stay, we had five nights and asked for a cleaning one time. The cleaning did not vacuum a rather dirty floor. We could not get any espresso, latte products as the machine was broken in the restaurant; so we went to Lagkagehuset every morning instead of the breakfast available at the hotel. Without air conditioning we usually just open the windows but our room was directly above the outdoor smoking sitting area and the smoke was unbearable during the days and nights which meant we were quite warm with windows closed. Loved the location ❣️

Room was nice but was not cleaned and no towels changed during the whole stay. Maybe they don’t do this anymore? Also, there was often no one at front desk when needed. The hotel facilities are great, gym and there’s a new restaurant. The location is also good and quiet.

This has been my go to hotel for the last 2.5 years.

Staff excellent, location fab. Only thing missing was a kettle in the room (which I missed!) easy walking into city centre, and on the waterfront.

Loved this hotel!

Wonderful facility with comfortable and modern amenities. The hotel fits in with the nearby industrial harbor environment as well as providing an inviting and pleasant atmosphere. The location is convenient to walk or bike to restaurants or the old town. We appreciated the many ways the hotel is operating sustainably including the keyless door system. We would stay here again.
