Good location, clean room and friendly staff.

Overall, the hotel was great. Good staff at reception. The room cleanliness was fairly poor: we didn’t use the kitchen and only in the last day of our stay did we find out that the trash bin wasn’t cleaned up after the previous guests. Fortunately, it was only dry trash and didn’t smell.

This is certainly not a four-star hotel. At best, it deserves a 2.5-star rating. The property is very small, with a tiny reception area that is not staffed 24 hours a day. There’s no phone in the room, and housekeeping only provides minimal service. It does not even offer shower cap!!! While the hotel is close to the train station, the surrounding area feels unsafe due to the presence of questionable individuals, especially in the evenings. It’s also quite noisy at night, making it difficult to rest. Overall, the hotel does not meet the expectations of a four-star property. It falls short in terms of service, comfort, and atmosphere. It is simply not worth the four-star rating or the price being charged.

I loved the Adagio! My stay was much longer than the 2 nights I booked through Hotels.com. i was there for six weeks! The location is walkable to transport, tourism office, restaurants, and any other service you might need. The rooms are comfortable with small kitchens that are well-stocked. Any supplies you might need between cleanings are available for the asking. The staff - Ann, Patricia, Hugo, Barbara, etc., are wonderful - friendly and helpful. There is parking below the hotel. My room had a view of the countryside and Ste. Victoire. Breathtaking. If I were to return to Aix, I would stay here!

This place is well located - 5 minutes walk to the old town. The staff and friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the big draw for us was the laundry facility. The rooms are a bit oddly laid out, and there's scarcely any room to step out beside the bed.But overall I'd recommend it and we'd go back.

We had a great one night stay at Aparthotel Adagio Aix en Provence. The location was easily walkable to old town and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was really welcoming and accomodating. Would recommend this as a great option in Aix en Provence for location, comfort and value.

Hidden gem close to the centre of town

Great for the price. Workers extremely nice. Microwave and AC did not work. They were a big part of why we selected the place. Fridge did work so that was good.

A warm welcome at reception was just the start of a delightful stay.

Very clean and spacious rooms and location was very ideal. Room had everything I needed and while I only stayed one night, I think this would be a great option for a long term stay.

The hotel is very clean, the room is big and comfortable. There was a kitchen fully equipped. Underground Parking available for a great price. Location of the hotel is very good, walking distance to the old town. Good value for a money.

The location was very close to old center of city where there were many options to dine into shop. We were lucky to have a kitchen so we went to the fresh market on Tuesday to purchase vegetables and made a delicious dinner.

Just off the main street in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to most of the downtown. Helpful staff.

Positive: Location and friendly front desk staff Negative: Constant noise from hallway and room above making it difficult to work or rest. Beds not comfortable.
