The stay Was great, and our room was good with a great breakfast.

Absolute ridiculous policy that you cannot check in with debit card as it states on your website that you can. Took over an hour to check in as they finally settled and accepted cash. I have stayed at many BW and have had no issues paying the extra fee on my debit. It’s 2026 people. The one staff member working the morning of Feb.8th needs to learn how to smile and say hello on approach, maybe ask how our stay was. The pool was green and the jetted tub in the room was dirty. The complimentary coffee machine was nice though. No, I would not recommend to a friend for the price we paid.

The stay was very pleasant. The room was basic, but comfortable. The staff were very kind and cheerful, happy to help my family and dog. Friendly service. Good amenities including the pool and hot tub. Included breakfast was decent (hot and cold breakfast items). Will book with the hotel chain again.

Best part was the hot tub. Breakfast was not much variety. The hotel is dated needs update

Jody and Mel were excellent at check in amd great to converse with. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The full breakfast was great i will stay here every visit from now on.

King suite with jacuzzi was clean and comfortable.

The room was excellent. We had a very comfortable king bed. We also had a sofa. Extra large room. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was full. The hotel should have two elevators.
