The elevator was out of service during check-in and check-out. At check-in, they helped carry your suitcase up two floors. At check-out, you had to carry your own suitcase up a narrow, winding staircase.

The building is too old, the elevator is very small, the hotel environment is noisy, the mattress and room cleanliness is dirty.

Small room, broken plumber in bathroom

For the first time to Paris and through the train the hotel is very strategic. Krn is directly opposite the Gardu Nore station. Around the hotel a lot of food, the receptionist is friendly and helpful, only the elevator is very small so for families or couples who carry large size luggage it is quite difficult to get into the elevator. The room is decent for the price of the hotel accordingly. Room size and bathroom are big compared to other hotels. Also close to the bus pickup hop on hop off. So the hospitality of the hotel is very strategic and only needs to be cleaned up from dust.

The elevator is very narrow and doesn't reach the top floor. So we had to lift our own heavy luggage up the stairs.

Although small but comfortable to be a place to stay overnight. let alone views of Paris Nord station.

Good location right across Gare Du Nord station, great customer service from the staff

room is clean but it is too small, the bed is also small for 2 people.
