when I checked into my room, the toilet flush was broken. Not only did the receptionist try to fix the problem immediately, she then moved me to another room & promptly cleaned the bathroom! This is excellent service.

Hotel was fine for Bed & Breakfast. Unfortunately they did not provide any English language TV channels.

The scenery was amazing with the Alps in the back ground. Our son was there for a fencing tournament where he finished third in his age group, he was there with members of Team Canada.

We were passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. Hotel is pretty ordinary but the staff are nice and friendly. We arrived early but they still let us check in.

Mattress was run down. Hotel very noisy due to skiers leaving early to be first to hit the ski pistes

Maybe we just picked the wrong day and got a bad room, toilet seat broke, no we are not heavyweights, air con that was so noisy I thought it was a fire alarm and restaurant close on a Friday night, now what’s that all about, went to local pizza place for food as it was within walking distance (don’t go there, go into town). Very friendly staff but let down by above points, would I stay again? If it was cheep enough, maybe.

Personnel sympathique, cependant il n'a pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre, il faut aller en chercher à l'accueil, qui ferme à 19h. Étant arrivée en fin de journée, j'ai pris une douche vers 22h, je me suis aperçue avec un simple mot sur le mur de la salle de bain, cachée dernière la porte, qu'il fallait récupérer le sèche cheveux à l'accueil... Personne à l'accueil évidemment. J'aurais aimé qu'on me le propose dès le checkin, c'est quand même la base dans un hôtel... Par ailleurs, les draps avaient de petites tâches orange. J'ai pris des photos, mais le personnel étant sympathique, je n'ai pas osé leur montrer. Le buffet du petit déjeuner également très basique. Donc personnel sympa, mais je ne reviendrai certainement pas.

Matelas complètement tassé, douche bouchée, clim/chauffage qui fait un bruit horrible quand elle se déclenche.. Le petit déjeuner est correct

Le personnel est très sympathique La salle de bain pose vraiment problème car c’est une baignoire avec une paroi fixe et très peu d’espace. C’est très compliqué d’en ressortir et même dangereux Mon mari et moi avons failli tomber
