I just wish there were an air conditioner, too loud on the street to leave the window open... i go to bed pretty early. If you don't then it isnt too bad

Location was great. The stairs to our room was a lot with luggage, the hotel had an overall unpleasant smell. Older gentleman at front desk was a little sharp with his presentation (IMO). Glad we only had 1 night there.

Great location. It is an old hotel so you can only do so much with regards to cleanliness. The staff caused us stress as they charged us for services that we have pre-paid and despite all the proof i had, the response was 'what do you expect me to do about it?' Ruined the first 2 days of the trip. Hotel is a brilliant location but would never stay here again as the noise from the square is so loud it sounds like the entertainment is in the room with you. From the reviews i read in advance i was highly disappointed. They provide ear plugs but these did nothing. The room also did not have aircon so sound of old fan was on through night with no fresh air. The rooms are large though.

Pros-Could not ask for a hotel with a better location, very clean, solid breakfast, good size bathroom and shower, great price Cons- no air conditioning (although I knew about that ahead of time and they did provide a fan which sufficed), they need new towels Would I stay here again? Most definitely.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Was a little loud at night but didn't really bother us that much. Everything we wanted to do and had booked was all within walking distance from the hotel. Not our typical kind of breakfast but overall we were happy with everything on our trip :-)

Hotel in a good location staff very pleasent and helpful. Did not have a fridge but myfault for not checking.

the room was very nice overall. yes it did get hot, as no air gon but the fan was adequate.goid size too. the location was superb.would recommend. breakfast was also decent enough. staff were very helpful.

Location is perfect but alas this means it is loud at night due to constant activity in the street outside.

Fantastic location right in the heart of old town. Surrounded by restaurants and stores. Really nice bathroom, clean room and comfortable bed. My room was a bit warm but the fan did the job. The hotel gavecearplugs but i didn't actually find it too noisey..there was a humm of people out dinibg & ealking the streets butcall was quiet byvthe time i went to bed. Would definately stay here again.

Not hotels fault but very noisy people in room above ours. Baby screaming nearly all night. Would have asked to be moved if we had been staying longer.

Ideal location for the main sq - however if your not good with flights of stairs , maybe look elsewhere- I was on Top floor - No A/C again consider that in the summer - Noise also an issue if your room looks directly onto the street - overall happy with the hotel for prices & location

This hotel is in a fantastic location. Everything is within walking distance. rooms made up daily, hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was well served and always plenty. Just unfortunate that our room didn’t have air conditioning but they did provide a fan, no fridge in the room which was a shame but on a whole I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again

We spend 4 days in your hotel and we have only a positive thing to say about your hotel and service we got , clean spacious room, bountiful brecfast room with heritage atmosfare, all in the middle of old town, fully recommended, kids friendly
