The rooms are amazing but no early check-in or late checkout so no VIP perks luggage took awhile to collect when checkout so could do better

I fell in love with this hotel and it’s now second time I come here I feel like in America in the 2000’s same smell same concept same services minded ! It’s exceptional hotel.

We stayed here and had a wonderful time as we always do. The hotel is beautiful and something you just can’t get anywhere else. It is special. Unfortunately though, we’ve had terrible service after our stay where the hotel took 4000aed as a pre-authorisation from my bank card and still haven’t returned the money. It’s been 3 weeks now. I’ve been assured the refund has been processed but I am now receiving no communication and haven’t even received an apology for the mistake. I am incredibly disappointed for such a premium establishment that we adore, we expected better.

Loved everything about this holiday.

Arrived at the hotel at 5am and was sent to the wrong room. Our actual room was across the river so we couldn't even walk to it. The hotel staff apologised but not the actual persom at reception who made the mistake. Getting to and from the room can be a lengthy process. Be prepared to wait a long time for buggys and boats to go to different stops. Several buggy/boats go past but they wont stop. One day i waited 30 mins for a boat, with 5 going past and not a single person waited. Villa is nice, butler service is good and snacks available through the day in the courtyard.

Another amazing stay at Dar Al Masyaf, completely faultless .a prompt check in, the excellent staff in the villa, butlers on hand if you ever need anything. We found the e butler service very useful. The huge amount of dining options are great. Our kids (8&6 years) loved the kids club and the pool at the villas is handy. If you book Dar Al Maysef you will not regret it

I booked a room with a large hotel credit and spa service on Expedia. Just to be sure, I checked the details of my reservation with Expedia before my stay. However, the hotel said that it was not included and unilaterally said it was my mistake. Since it was a short one-night stay, I thought it was a waste of time and didn't protest much, but I feel like I was scammed. This ruined my stay at the hotel, which I was really looking forward to.

Another amazing stay at Jumeriah Dar Al masyaf. It's home away from home and an annual visit for me and my Husband. Loved the food variety, beautiful spa and lots of facilities. The staff are great and always lovely to see familiar faces every year. Look forward to next year's trip

Luxurious, Amazing & a life changing Experience!

You can’t fault the Dar Al Masyaf. A holiday of a lifetime. Everything about the Jumeirah resort, it’s access to a huge choice of first class restaurants and amenities. Professional friendly staff. We will be back again.

Nightlights control were not working. Shower head condition could be better. We choose the room because of the bathtub but unfortunately, the bathtub was dirty and the drain doesn't work so we did not use the bathtub. Waterflow was perfect, AC was average. I really liked the mattress.
