Outstanding service

Stayed one night bathroom been remodeled , don't think the room had slept great

The hotel is old and rooms are not in the greatest condition (need serious updating). I had to change mine due to the mattress being in a terrible condition. It’s not close to the city centre (walk close to 40 mins or more). The breakfast is not the greatest with limited options. I do not recommend it.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and location is very good. Hotel was a bit noisy - maybe just my neighbours! - and breakfast adequate but not exciting. Would have liked bathtowels to be provided rather than smaller hand towels.

Great views, excellent for getting around, close to all amenities- staff very accommodating.

Despite place has 4 starts it deserves for no more than 2 stars. Room looked very old with loads of peeling paint and some damaged walls. Night table was damaged. Fuse board not secured. There was absolutely no privacy as windows were looking into terrace with access to other guests. I had to have my curtains closed during the day. Hotel did not respond to my messages and requests. Place is absolutely not worth its money. I WOULD NIT RECOMMEND STAY AT THIS PLACE AT ALL. STAY AWAY!!!

easy to get to and has parking

Hotel and room were very clean. Reception was great. Property is just accross from the port but we were able to walk to the center of town. Breakfast was very good with a lot of food options.

The staff in the lobby and the restaurant on the 7th floor were phenomenal. The cover in the room had a few stains and the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned daily and was dirty when we arrived. Breakfast had a great selection of foods with hot and cold choices. The buffet dinner was very good as well and very reasonably priced. The hotel needs renovating and updating. Especially the bathroom. All this being said we did enjoy our stay.

A/C worked, but not very well. Rooms are unimpressive, but nice bathrooms. Good breakfast. Nice 7-th floor common area. Lots of un-housed people nearby. Would stay elsewhere next time.

This property is perfect for airport travel. Clean, quiet but limited eating and drinking locations.

An old building under renovation. Old rooms and furniture with new and modern bathroom.

Great front desk staff especially Ivana. Surrounding area somewhat dirty.
