Nice room, clean. Nice pool, jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna. Particularly impressed with the properly heated Jacuzzi (compared to most in the UL that are too cold).

Fantastic hotel, spacious clean room, beautiful breakfast with a vast array of options, pool is great for all ages and the restaurant offers reasonably priced meals. Will definitely be back!

Great location with multiple dining and shopping options in walking distance. Very good breakfast. Each time I’ve been there there has been large groups drinking for hours in the bar with children running wild, not a nice atmosphere. Rooms are dated and worn but beds are very comfortable.

Room 317 bathroom got no ventilation. Room a/c or heat not work. In the morning some one doing cleaning knock the door and came in our room! Crazy. Front desk and breakfast staff not smiling

Room was cold on arrival , windows wide open for the end of December … hallways were very loud all night and crowded … very little noise cancellation on the rooms

Gresy stay

Stated on 2 occasions. The first, floor 6, perfect. The second, floor 5, less so. Delayed response to get towels to room. Noisy all night with neighbouring rooms.
