Great hotel, with helpful, friendly staff and good amenities.

The hotel was exceptional. The room was very roomy and comfortable for my friend and I. The staff was very helpful and always pleasant. The hotel is centrally located for our local tour guides for our stay in Dubrovnik. I highly recommended this hotel to our friends for their future stay in this beautiful city.

We had a fabulous stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. Our room was spacious and spotless, the breakfast was delicious. All of the staff were really helpful. The health club was also great. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

The bartender Denis was a great guy and gave exceptional service! The views are amazing from the balconies.

Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik was not only a stunning, historical venue, but the service was impeccable. I unfortunately had a bad stomach virus come upon me when we were staying. Within 10 minutes of calling the front desk for an urgent care recommendation, they sent someone up with a QR code that immediately made us an appointment nearby. I got the meds I needed and was back on my way. Breakfast and room service was also remarkably on time, hot and fresh, and so many great options.

Lovely staff and breakfast. However, I would not consider this a five star property. There was nowhere to store clothes but the closet with one shelf. We were offered an upgraded room but it would not have any storage space either. The villa, halls and rooms looked like a dorm, not a five star hotel. I expected more for over $800 a night.

Excellent location for walking around old town and dining options. Close enough to everything. Very clean hotel and good breakfast offering included. Staff very good.

Property is very high end for the area. Staff is spot on...We will return next year!

The view was nice. There was an issue with the bath towels. Upon arrival, they smelled!!!
