Great location… lots if music venues & restaurants nearby. Parking underground.

We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was great. We booked our hotel and paid for our stay through Expedia. The hotel accidentally charged my card upon check in. Upon check out, they explained their mistake to us and refunded our card. What they charged us and what they refunded was not the same, due to the exchange rate. I sent the property a message telling them that their mistake cost me money, but no one responded. That is disappointing.

It is a beautiful hotel with great facilities. The thing that stood out though was the service. Immediately when we walked in the door, Tim the concierge was anticipating and helping with every need. He was full of great suggestions and very attentive. Wonderful stay.

I do not usually write reviews of my stays at hotels but in this case I spent a fair amount of money for the room and property and I expected a better result. My dates for the hotel 11-15 May, 2026. I stayed in room #115 with my wife. The hotel and room were beautiful, but missing some amenities you would expect in a high end property. The room had an excellent desk but there was not a chair in the room that fit the desk. There were 2 very large arm chairs in the room that did not fit the desk. The room had a TV with several channels but did not have Netflix or any other streaming apps. Another room amenity missing - sheer curtains. The cost of the room was fair, but for that price I did not expect the hotel to charge an extra fee to utilize the in room safe. Also missing in the room a mini fridge. The high end quality of the property and price point for the guest rooms gives the patron high expectations. The Plaza did not meet those expectations with me.
