HOTEL CALME ET PROPRE ...PERSONNEL TRES GENTILS

L'eau chaude était vraiment tiède, probablement dû au froid mais ce n'est pas agréable de se doucher dans ces conditions. Plusieurs chaînes de la tv ne fonctionnaient pas et la taille de la tv est vraiment petite. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas là... On ressent bien que le recrutement du personnel est difficile, manque d'expérience, malgré la gentillesse.

Super receptioniste a notre arrivee le jeudi 15. Elle etait gentille a l'ecoute etc etc! En fait sa collegue du samedi et dimanche 17 et 18 Juin pareil!! Top staff!! Bravo a eux!

Hôtel simple, propre, accueil Chaleureux, Personnel agréable Petit déjeuner limité en choix mais on trouve un peu de tout. Problème d'évacuation d'eau dans la baignoire.

Staff were very helpful. Good standard accommodation. Free parking.(Beware of the phrase Hotels appear to have adopted when they have no parking - 'Self Parking'. This means you have to go and find somewhere to park yourself, often at great expense.)

Needs redecoration outside and inside. Room small - staff worked very hard, seemed to be a lack of staff over the weekend we were staying. Restaurant not open on a Sunday and we were not informed of this fact.

Everything was as it should be, but the only down side, was that there was only one bed side table.

This hotel is a cosy basic hotel with excellent cleanliness Facilities are more than adequate Staff are extremely friendly and some speak excellent English when my French became rusty!

I had to stay in Laval for couple nights, as my culinary course was going to start late on saturday in another city. Some of the staff speaks english very well and they were very helpful and friendly to me as I got there. When I booked the hotel I wasn't looking for luxury or fineness but something clean and close to the train station, which took me on a cab about 10 min and cost me 12 euros. My room had a very good shower and very comfy bed. The only thing they don't have any english channel on the TV, only french channels but that's not a big deal, I had a quite night and didn't hear any cars or noise from the streets. If you need to buy luggage or any other thing there is a big Carrefour super market just 3 min walking where you can find food, clothes and so on.

Chambre fonctionnelle, mais matériaux vieillissant par endroit. Personnel très accueillant.

Le personnel est très professionnel.

Salle de bain vieillissante, avec une douche qui fuit et dont la qualité laisse à désirer.

Manque de salé chaud au petit déjeuner type peuf brouillé, bacon, saucisse. Chambre bien, correct.
