Expected to be in Barcelona itself but Sant Cugat is a pretty town to the north and has great little shops and a lovely atmosphere. Once we got the T-mobilitat train/bus/tram pass €23 for 30 days it was a 20 minute ride to Catalina square in the heart of Barcelona. Much nicer than the bustle and fast food outlets we would have stayed in!

Great Hotel, excelente staff! Beautiful grounds to walk around and town is just across the street. The front desk staff is amazing, we wanted to go to a winery that was an hour drive away but there where no taxis to come back from that town to the hotel, so they arranged a taxi that waited for us and bring us back to the hotel!

Very nice non-nonsense property with clean, minimalist style reminiscent of Scandinavian approach to design. Good restaurant with tasty breakfast buffet that has a limited amount of options, but what they have is quality. Extremely comfortable beds and good showers. Highly reccomended.

Superb hotel regarding its location and cost. The staff is highly professional. There was an elevated demand compared to the norm, necessitating preparations for a fully occupied hotel with additional personnel and secured storage solutions. This is my preferred hotel, situated in close proximity to Barcelona and located in a desirable area. This hotel concept is distinctive and highly professional.

it was a good stay, the hotel is as expected, clean, tidy. I booked a double room but got one slipper only, and there were no tissue in the room except the toilet paper. but the staff is very friendly and helpful. the menu is very very limited, but they are open to do what you want. i like this hotel.

I was very pleased with the hotel. It was clean and offered the necessities that I needed. The staff included a fresh El Sant Cugat bottle of water, fresh glasses each day. There was a coffee maker, and stocked refrigerator. Soaps and lotions were in the bathroom. They daily breakfast offered a wide selection. The Friday and Saturday night live entertainment was a treat.

At check in counter I was asked, “what do you want?” Waited for 25 minutes in bar downstairs while the waiters finished talking to each other so we could get menus and just as long to take our order.

Great experience

We opted to stay here for a couple of days instead of in Barcelona. Access to the city by train was easy and direct. The underground parking (fee) was clean and a nice option. Our room was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast plentiful. Prior to our stay, staff were very communicative and helpful through WhatsApp. We found the in person reception to be a bit less warm but not problematic. Sant Cugat is a charming town and we really enjoyed the opportunity to explore it from the convenient location of the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff

No VIP Amenity. A great hotel, with super helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is basic, but adequate. The juice machine adds a nice extra to an otherwise basic continental with eggs and bacon/sausages.

I stayed here 4 nights on a business trip, and I highly recommend this hotel for either leisure or business. High standard of service and cleanliness, super convenient location. The hotel's bar & restaurant is good, plus there are lots of dining options and a couple of supermarkets nearby. The only thing I would suggest is to add some coffee in the room (I appreciate the kettle and tea but I'm a coffee drinker!)
