Pretty basic place overall. It has a bar and a restaurant but it's certainly not haute cuisine. The sevice, certainly last Friday night, was truly awful. The recption staff were helpful enough, and the cleaning team were very friendly and helpful with a couple of things like directions, keys that didn't work and their general attitude. Maybe swap them with the waitress! Waitng over 20 minutes for someone to come and clear the table is not good, and even then we had to ask her to do it! We were not asked once if we'd like another drink or a dessert. After spending five minutes patiently waiting at the bar, having given up on seeing a waitress at the actual table, someone was finally roused after I enquired at reception. I was then told that dessert was not availlable as the kitchen was closed. We had been trying to order for nearly half an hour but didn't see anyone! The place was not busy, two of us and a table of 6 was it. Reasonable breakfast, but an amazing lack of cereals for those who start their day that way. I also thought it was a bit cheeky to charge for parking, there's not really any other way toget here without quite a walk.

Amazing staff! Reception open 24/7. (Suomalaiset!) Cold beer is served 24/7 Most say "can't get by foot" or "no pavement" That's wrong! 50m some rough road and then you are on good asphalt. Max 15min by walk and you are in "Ogrody" tram station. "Polska" bus stop may be nearest, but we don't use it. Nice restaurants nearby. Like a 4 stars when paying for 2. If you want some cheap trip with proper bed, this might be yours?

Stayed twice and it was good. Having a refrigerator; a water heater, some tea bags and an extra bin in the sleeping area would add more value. Otherwise all is excellent.

Very friendly staff, cozy spacious apartment, tasty breakfast, not far is a beautiful Rusalka lake. Hotel is pets friendly.

Staff absolutely lovely ,room spotless clean,with air conditioning and all facilities ,was amazed as its 2stars hotel,would defo give it 4stars!!!!food in the hotel's restaurant was lovely
