Parking was expensive, but it is everywhere.

We stayed 2 nights with family of 4, Rooms were very small and smelly. We took a suite and still was super tight. Bathrooms were super tight too. Breakfast was meh. Not great, I went with Marriott name but quite disappointed and will not stay here again.

Loved the staff

My son and I stayed here to watch our Nationals play the Pirates at PNC park. Location is perfect for visiting the ballpark (or a Steelers game if it was football season). Parking is limited so be aware if you’re coming in late, you might have to park in front of the hotel temporarily and you can simply move your car in the morning like we did. The food options were your typical hotel fair, nothing really special about it. There are better local breakfast spots in walking distance that are more representative of Pittsburgh and surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again.

Room cleanliness was mediocre, but the staff were amazing. Breakfast was okay, but location is fantastic.

It was very convenient. There were dining choices within walking distance. The restaurant below was great. It was also clean.

Decent area with easy access to downtown and adjacent neighborhoods. Friendly staff. Bring your earplugs - a/c was noisy as was the nearby construction.

It was perfect for a concert at the Petersen center. Quick and cheap uber ride. Food and drinks at SoHo were delicious! Parking was quick and easy too. Will book again.

The hotel was terrific- so close to PNC park and service was wonderful. Great breakfast as well. We will be back!

Great Area to Stay

Location was great for a quick walk to PNC Park to see a ball game. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious.

Close to sites

Difficulty finding parking. Kaylee, the desk person, was very rude Said parking wasn't her problem. Said the guests were told not to leave because they may not get parking Nobody told us that. Our check in person was helpful. Kaylee was rude and unprofessional. At checkout, I was told they would remove parking cost due to this problem. However, I can't imagine a hotel not having enough parking accommodations for guests. It isn't acceptable...and to have a desk person be rude and keep saying parking wasn't her problem. Horrible customer service!

Always stay at the Springhill suites for pirate games. Parking is right there included in the cost of the room and you can walk to the ballpark and all the good shopping and restaurants around it.

Did not accept debit cards. Only credit cards - found this out after they took my money from my debit card. Couldn’t get a refund Was coming down to have a cancer surgery and really made things difficult
