Difficulty finding parking. Kaylee, the desk person, was very rude
Said parking wasn't her problem. Said the guests were told not to leave because they may not get parking
Nobody told us that. Our check in person was helpful. Kaylee was rude and unprofessional. At checkout, I was told they would remove parking cost due to this problem. However, I can't imagine a hotel not having enough parking accommodations for guests. It isn't acceptable...and to have a desk person be rude and keep saying parking wasn't her problem. Horrible customer service!
