Big hotel, helpful staff, breakfast ok (we arrived towards the end of the sitting and a fed things had not been replenished), room very large and beds comfortable. Didn’t use other facilities. Main area for attention is bathroom which is showing signs of wear and tear - not an issue as wet were only there one night.

From the location to the service, everything was excellent. The breakfast with many options, the restaurant had delicious food and the amenities were very comfortable. Claudia with an outstanding room service, Clayton was a big help and Karina making the delicious tapiocas ans omeletes, elevated our experience to the next level! I would highly recommend and Neto helped us making our retuning reservation for next December ❤️

the rooms are very nice with good views. But service fails a lot. Ask for room cleaning and when you come back it has not been done. Also personnel go among different floors with the intercoms at high volume as if it were a construction site with no inhabitants. It is a lack of respect the way employees communicate among them as if they were in the Vietnam War. Intercom should be heard ONLY by them, not by all the guests. I told them many times for many years but it seems nobody cares. Anyway I will go on lodging there because it is my favorite in town

Good strategy for Recife. Good location. The bathroom could have been more renovated, but it is not that bad.

Adorei a estadia. Quarto amplo e limpo, equipe muito bem preparada, com destaque às recepcionistas e à funcionária que faz as tapiocas no café da manhã, que, por sinal, é incrível em sua totalidade. A localização também é excelente. Destaco que o hotel esta em reforma, então não pudemos aproveitar a piscina, mas as obras não interferiram negativamente.

Room was very spacious and the on-going refurbishment of the facade was not an issue in our case. The food was very good, specially the baked bolo de rolo with coconut ice cream

Hotel antigo, mas atualizado. Equipe de hotel, desde o manobrista, recepção, restaurante, limpeza, tudo perfeito. Com ctza será sempre minha opção no Recife.

The pool was a bit too small, but that wasn’t a real problem. Everything else was just perfect. Breakfast was very good.

Me hospedei com meu esposo por 2 dias. Pessoal prestativo, quarto espaçoso com vista para o mar. Quarto limpo e cheiroso, Janaína responsável pela limpeza muito atenciosa , localização boa, café da manhã maravilhoso e restaurante muito bom tb. Hotel fornece toalhas para praia e piscina, restaurante entrega refeições no quarto, quarto com cafeteira, ferro e tábua de passar.
