Very affordable pet friendly place with friendly staff!

The breakfast was the usual but still good enough. The kitchenette in my room had all that was needed and easy to use. I found the room cleanliness could use a bit of work, but overall okay. the staff was super friendly and very responsive to any thing that came up. the location is good.

Checking in they found out my wife was disabled and moved our room to main floor and close to exit as she smokes. Staff everywhere i met them very helpful and polite. We had a great stay. Breakfast was Awsome also.

Clean and great staff. The building is like traveling back to the 1950s. It sure could use a face-lift in the rooms. I just heard it was sold. Perhaps the new owners will bring it up to today's decore. But I said it was clean and it was spotless. The age just didn't sit well with us.

The staff here were awesome! Very friendly and helpful. The girl at the front desk made sure that I had a quiet room at my request, and it was indeed nice and quiet! This hotel is a bit older and could use some upgrades, the carpets specifically. My room had quite a strong smell of febreze and the first night it was a bit strong for me, but the rooms do have windows that open, so I left the window open all day while I was out and it was much better when I got back, so the second night was much better.

It was great to have a breakfast included. Room was clean and comfortable. Hand written note, waters and mints to enjoy our stay was a very nice touch.

This is an older hotel that is clean and close to restaurants and shopping. I have stayed multiple times because once I stayed with my Labrador when he was having surgery in Kelowna. They treated him so well. It meant everything to me. They make your stay special.

Room condition awful. Rattly noisy AC unit right overhead. Impossible to sleep. Poor bed. Very very old tired hotel, needs to be replaced.

Parking was free and close to my room, only thing that would of helped is maybe a vending machine to get myself a drink, room was comfortable and very clean, however shower curtain made shower a little difficult as it kept moving, was not staying in one place and with mobiloty issues, very difficult. However, i would definately stay again.
