Beautiful location, close to everything. Breakfast is not in included so be mindful of that and the shuttle for transportation is an additional fee. They don’t tell you that when you book so check before. Overall everyone was nice

The property was clean in proximity to major sites walking distance to several restaurants and markets. The breakfast was great fresh and all staff throughout the property were polite, helpful, and friendly.

Room was very clean. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Spa service was amazing.

I love this hotel. Everyone was nice, the ambience is beautiful, the pool is nice and the food at the restaurant was both reasonable and good. And it’s also a great location.

The breakfast was superb and the spa was amazing. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful place and accommodations.

Great location on a quiet street w/a short walk to town center. Attentive staff, clean rooms, decent food. Relaxed lounge, bar area & well kept grounds in a colonial setting made for a pleasant stay. Definitely recommend Antigua Porta hotel.

Lovely hotel with great amenities. Unfortunately we were both sick after the dinner at the hotel and did not risk eating there and more. Food was cold on arrival

Location was ideal for our trip- just walking around Antigua. The pool was nice and we liked our room a lot. We were charged an additional fee in cash USD upon arrival (40 bucks) and then they wanted bills in better condition and I was confused about that and we had ri go through all of my bag to find acceptable bills. Breakfast is often included but it wasn’t on our reservation- my understanding is because we booked through Expedia.

Porta hotel has every detail in mind for all of their guests. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. The pool was clean and fun for our family. We were there for Easter and they even had an Easter bunny and an Easter egg hunt for the children.

Room was okay, the place is beautiful; Antigua is magical and the hotel is nice and beautiful everywhere you go. The issue is service needs work. I was asked to leave my ID for a lent umbrella, leaving me with no ID in case police stops me, I’m paying well over two hundred per night and they don’t trust me with my umbrella? Could ask me to leave my room key so I don’t forget the umbrella or even make me sign a “loose it and pay for it ticket” ; but requiring me leave my ID was a discomfort. I think the staff is polite, but need some service training, I asked for tips on restaurants, favorite ruins within the city to visit, areas to walk to; all with multiple staff members and answers were always lukewarm “it’s all good” “anywhere is fine.
