A wonderful hotel! I would even add another star! The rooms are impeccably clean, with crisp white bed linen and towels. Housekeeping and towel changes were provided daily. The hotel offers a swimming pool and several comfortable relaxation areas with tables and sun loungers. Breakfast is available, as well as water stations around the property. There are also many other facilities that we didn’t even get to use, as we were busy exploring Mallorca. The location offers beautiful views of the port. As a lovely bonus, we were given a free upgrade to a room with a large terrace and sun loungers, which we truly appreciated. We are extremely grateful to the reception team for their warm attitude, great communication, and for taking all of our requests into account, including the terrace upgrade. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was also large and comfortable. Thank you! A reliable place we would happily return to!

Stayed here 23-26 April 2026 (2 mums, 2 daughters). Although the hotel had good views over the port area it was a considerable distance from the centre (over 3km from the cathedral) and was situated in an elevated position. The rooms were basic but clean and the beds were comfy. A very small balcony with old dated furniture (& hadn’t been swept as there was a cigarette end). No facilities to make a drink but had a fridge & hairdryer. Shower over bath with a shower curtain but hot & powerful shower. There was also some renovation works going on to one of the room blocks. Staff were friendly & helpful. Pool was freezing and was closed from a certain time in the evening. Some of the seating around the pool was dated & in need of replacing in my opinion (sunbeds were fine). Ate in the hotel one evening and food was pretty good despite a fairly limited menu. Probably the best bit of our stay was the breakfast although didn’t always keep topping up the cooked breakfast items like bacon & scrambled egg. One more thing to mention was the fact the cleaner left both our patio doors open one day, I mentioned this to the reception staff who said it was not normal & perhaps she had been in a rush so thought nothing more of it but then it happened the next day too. Luckily there are safes in the rooms (although after purposely closing the wardrobe doors in one room this had also been left open and there is no need for a cleaner to open them in the first place)! Could generally do with a tidy up in certain area but overall great value for money and a pretty decent breakfast

We only went for 2 days because after that we went on a cruise trip. The hotel is clean, rooms are clean and huge. The service was absolutley top tier and so friendly. The food was great and wel worth the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Mallorca it has such a nice and romantic vieuw of the sea!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Waking up in the morning to the beautiful breakfast and view was an amazing experience. Everything was organized perfectly, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I stayed here for two nights with a friend. I booked and PAID for a room with two twin beds and received a room with one queen bed and one twin bed in the corner of the room. I understand that hotels can overbook certain rooms, but I was not made aware of this change, and it was not what I paid for. The wall next to the twin bed was dirty and stained, and the balcony outside of the room look like it had never been clean before. Also, if you are planning on walking in and out of the hotel to the city center, just beware that the hotel is located on a very steep hill. The overall front desk service was good and they were able to call a taxi for me in the morning to the airport. Since my room was changed, I had to walk to the next building outside to get to my room, and to get there, you have to go down a set of stairs and past the restaurant. Since the restaurant was closed they turned off all the lights, and it is really hard to see the stairs and where you are going. I would rate my overall experience a 3/5, I don’t think that this hotel is necessarily bad, but not great either.
