Excellent service and good food

Friendly and helpful staff with good amenities. Food whilst limited was good quality.

Out of season this hotel caters more for the Spanish clientele, the receptionist older gentleman was great, the younger gentleman receptionist was rude when we went to check out as straight away assumed we were late checking out and went on the computer to see if he could charge us for late check out where instead we were checking out a day early no questions asked why we were leaving early to which I would have replied noise! The nose of everyone slamming their doors is horrendous every day and night constant. I have never known a 4 star hotel not have soft closing doors! So if you want a quiet hotel to chill at do not go here

Nice Hotel Comfortable but very bad restaurant food not tasty but very kind staff especially LAMI & FAIZA restaurants waiters sweet kind efficient make you feel welcome and comfortable

The hotel very good, clean and the food good, the meat at times very dry been cooked too much, most of the time excellent.The staff very helpful and attentive especially in the restaurant, if you want a quiet holiday this is the time to come. June seems to be the start of the summer season.

Staff have been superb! My partner had a birthday and she received a prosecco on the house ❤️ Food was top quality and restaurant staff were very polite and friendly! Superb hotel!

The room furniture looked tired and floor was not mopped or cleaned under the bed where there was at leased a months dust. Mattress cover ensured sweating when sleeping,not what I would class as a 4* hotel. The spa was value for money but massages offered were light weight, food on offer wasn't of a 4* standard.

Off season stay so most restaurants were closed, long walk to center of town. Room very nice, breakfast very good, pool is cold in April, hot tub would be nice but not very hot, spa services are good.

Great room with a lovely view over the Mar Menor. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast good, dinner ok - limited choice but fine. Spa services good quality at reasonable price. To be honest, for a bargain price I can only recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, need a taxi if you want to go out anywhere. Only a silly gripe but normally in an hotel of this type included in the Tea and Coffee making facilities a small capsule of long life milk is included…the hotel refused to supply this. One of our group had no shower gel in the bathroom so it is obviously not checked. It was reasonably clean, seen better and seen worse.

Needed more shade by the pool.

Good location in the middle of La Manga. Room was very clean. Mediterranean Sea faced room have vary nice view but as it is street faced it was slightly noise in the night. The staff kindly rearranged a Mar Menor faced room which was very quiet and also had a very nice view. Food was average but still good value for what we paid for. Happy with our stay in this hotel.

Very nice good hotel overall, with a bit of outdated furnishings inside the rooms. The dining area is the forte point with super clean and professional staff and an excellent food selection for breakfast and dinner. Downside: To use the pool you must ask reception for the towels! The receptionist retains 20 Euro cash for each towel, handwrites a slip, signs it, and provides you with the towel. A quite strange process.

Amazing stay, beyond expectations, not only room and facilities, but also Personnel kindness, and OMG buffet!

Hotel was very clean and welcoming, glass of cava on arrival. Room was excellent and food also excellent. Had read some of the reviews before going but felt I wanted to see for myself. The hotel had obviously been modernized size these reviews and food excellent. Only upset was the Spa, given the wrong prices over the phone before booking, but reception sorted that oroblem, lovely lady on the desk.

Our room was nice and had a lovely sea view but the food wad terrible both for evening meal and breakfast. It was sub standard and looked like most of it had been thrown together with whatever they had in the kitchen. Most of the hot dishes were Luke warm . I would not rate this hotel as 4 star at all. Extremely disappointed and wanted to use the spa but it didn’t open until 4pm which was no good to us by that time. Nearly checked out of the hotel ad it was so poor but that meant a very long journey for my husband . I voiced my opinion at the receptionist but didn’t get any reasonable response.
