The hotel was adequate to stay in. Rooms were very small, however they were well maintained and very clean. Facilities were limited. It is a good bit outside Rome city centre. Food and Drink options are extremely limited, but the quality was excellent. Ongoing difficulties with the elevators. In general the staff were helpful and friendly.

There is absolutely no laundry facilities despite this being advertised, when questioned the staff member started to check me out of the hotel

We loved that it offered breakfast every morning. That is so helpful when one is on vacation.

Stay away from this property. It is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. We checked out within 5 minutes of checking in. The rooms were very dirty with white walls that had turned black as if many people has smoked inside. The room smelled rancid and my husband felt like he would gag. The shower had black mold all over the floor where you would stand. Terrible customer service as we tried to get a refund. Poor management and they clearly didn’t even check to see if the room was clean before assigning it to us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great hotel. Great location. Helpful staff. Tasty breakfast with unlimited cappuccinos :-).

Quite far from attractions no room service at night

Shuttle is not avalable as was in description hotel. It is not existed remember. Only taxi byself. Gym is not avalable to use . need to send 6 hours notice before use. but it is no people at all in the gym . We pick up hotel for using morning gym . staying 3 nights . one time my husband was able to go in gym for 30 min but it is not free you have to pay 10euro for 1 hour . Rediculous.

This is not a good hotel. Save your money and pick a different place. The air conditioning did not work and they “attempted” to fix it and it didn’t work. They switched my room and the air conditioning didn’t work in there either. Also, or it’s mentions there is free airport transportation and that is definitely not the case. I was charged 70 euro each way. Pick a different place.

The location is inside a beautiful and very quite park

Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and comfortable in a nice, quiet location outside of Rome city. Very happy with my stay.

free parking, free shuttle bus except Mondays. -buses are messy in Rome, so hard to get around since the hotel is far. Nothing around the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. There was no airport shuttle as indicated on Travelocity/Expedia, but I blame Expedia/Travelocity, not the hotel.

Rooms tiny, air con non existent, gym poor quality and small

The staff was very helpful. They provided a boxed breakfast when we left early. The daily breakfast buffet was eggs, bacon, OJ, croissants, toast. The maid service cleaned the rooms nicely. However, the bathroom was not in 4 star cleanliness, but still pretty clean. The bed was two twin bed placed side by side made up as a queen size bed and comfortable. Good location north part of the city, but need public transportation or rental car to visit main tourist sites.
